Lakeview Paradise

  • Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Welcome to the finest place in Magnolia Point, located in the heart of Myrtle Beach!

If you are looking for an upscale and comfortable place to relax and enjoy your vacation fully, this is for you.

The condo is very spacious and has 4k TVs in every room, comfy beds with memory foam mattresses that six people can sleep comfortably, not converting sofas, and uncomfortable futons that pretend to be beds that cause morning back pain.

We value your vacation and know how much that means to you, so getting your great night`s sleep is one of the keys.

Let the Keurig make your coffee while you relax on the balcony and take in the stunning lake views — the perfect spot to plan your day.

We pay attention to the little details that make a big difference in helping you feel at home while on vacation: from brand new showerheads, a wireless printer, and even a full-size crib for your little one (available upon request), to a selection of games and books for kids.

Please note: while we do provide kid-friendly amenities, our condo is not childproof, so adult supervision is required at all times for children’s safety.

We take our guest's security and privacy very seriously, and for that reason, please be advised that your Booking Reservation may be canceled without notice if,

    1. The primary renter's name doesn't match the account holder`s name.

    2. The account holder's name doesn't match the name on the credit card used.

    3. Government issued ID is not provided right after the final payment.

    4. Guests must be at least 35 years of age to book.

Note: There is a video doorbell outside by the front door(outdoor coverage), and it is only used for security purposes.

    Self-check in with the keypad.

Magnificent Magnolia Pointe

Our stay at Magnolia Pointe was wonderful! Our unit was superbly decorated, very well equipped and super clean. The location was out of the hustle and bustle, yet very close to many attractions, shopping and the beach. Aside from a noisy tenant above our unit ( no fault of our host), we have no complaints, and we highly recommend this home.

Perfect place to stay

The pictures are very accurate of the unit. Plenty of space for my family and the location was perfect, close to everything. I have nothing but great things to say about this space. My mom couldn't stop talking about wanting to go back to stay there again. Clean, well decorated with everything we needed to make it feel like how. Id recommend this place to everyone.

Stellar Condo

This property was immaculate, had beautiful updates, and an overall pleasure to stay in. The hosts were very communicative, and the rental was close to everything we needed. The beach was a 10 minute drive, and there’s so many stores close by within five minutes drive. When we first walked in the unit we were struck by how beautiful the kitchen and the dining room are. We highly recommend this unit and would absolutely stay there again!

Great Get Away

We just returned from a thirty day stay in Myrtle Beach. This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for a vacation. The screened in porch was an added option with a wonderful view that we used every day. The proximity to all attractions and beaches were within a ten-mile radius. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Loved it

We really enjoyed our stay!! It looks better in person. It was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend changing the carpet (Badly stained) In master bedroom because the throw rugs were buckling causing a hazzard for a trip & fall. Overall it was great and I will stay again & recommend to others. Thank you

Super great property with all you need!

The car no what’s beautifully, decorated and very clean. The location was also great. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool, but it looked beautiful. The kids were really excited about the sodas that were in the fridge for us. The property manager was easy to communicate with, and was also very prompt in responding. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Home away from home

Perfect all around for our family! The condo was everything it promised. Clean, well stocked with everything from coffee pods to laundry detergent. Spacious rooms and closet space for actual unpacking and settling in for a week. Throw blankets for relaxing on the couches. The screened in porch had a beautiful view of the lake and perfect for coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day. Pool was the perfect size and a close walk. Property management couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. Will definitely go back again!

The comforts of home

Couldn’t be happier with my choice to rent this condo from Art. Pride of ownership is shown throughout the unit. Very modern, clean and has everything you’d need. Some friends of ours booked a Myrtlewood villa through a rental agency and were very disappointed with their unit. Dealing with Art directly was very easy. His communication was excellent. Instructions were clear. The beds were comfortable, the screened in lake view patio is great, and it’s in a very convenient location close to everything. If I return to Myrtle I would most definitely rent this exact unit again.

Nice Condo

Condo was clean and as advertised in the pictures. No issues at all with the condo itself. Note to anyone renting, be sure to have your bracelets for the pool. Security is aggressive in checking those. One minor issue...Apparently, we were making too much noise at night and someone below us complained. We had security pounding on our door and scared everyone in the condo, because we weren't expecting any guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, despite the security staff issues.
