不滿：整潔度和住宿狀況
We found the suite dirty. There were food particles left in the kitchen sink strainer. There was an unopened condom package on the floor by the bunk beds. The light switches and fixtures were filthy. The toilet bowl had a pink ring in it when we arrived indicating that it was not cleaned before we checked in. The floor was dirty.
The kitchen range and oven were outdated and dirty.
I let the shift manager know about the dirtiness of the unit upon check out and was directed to send pictures of the lack of cleaning to an email address. I did send the pictures and an expression of my disappointment with the condition of the unit in an email and received no response.
The unit is only 3 blocks from the boardwalk which was a major reason for choosing the cottage.
The neighborhood around the property is so-so.
