* Motorcycles and trailers are NOT allowed on property under any circumstances.
* Oversized vehicles (over 74” tall) have limited parking availability on the first level.
* If oversized parking is full, guests will need to use nearby public parking at Dunes Village Resort.
* All guests must display an official Beach Colony parking pass to enter the garage.
* Parking passes must include the condo number and reservation dates.
* Reservation confirmations or screenshots will NOT be accepted in place of parking passes.
* The indoor pool area is currently under renovation and is expected to reopen around September 2026.
* Renovations include repairs, upgrades, new flooring, ceiling work, and drainage improvements.
* Outdoor amenities remain available during this time.
* Beach Colony is continuing major property improvements throughout 2026, including indoor pool renovations and upcoming parking deck repairs.
* Work is being completed in phases to minimize guest disruption.
* Guests are encouraged to report suspicious activity or disturbances to the front desk immediately.
* Quiet hours and resort rules are enforced for everyone’s comfort and safety.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.
The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.
Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
