Great location and convenient

The location and parking were my top fav. However, to actually clean between guests needs to improve. Hair was all over the tubs/showers, linen and bedding.

Not Terrible

The Bad: There are 3 coffee makers but only one coffee pot and that pot is missing the lid so you have to hold a spoon against the coffee maker to get it to drip coffee. It takes 2 people to open the patio doors and there's really no point since the view is terrible and there's almost no space for 2 to sit. The master bedroom bed is gross, there is no mattress cover so there is a lot of bodily fluid on the mattress. The Good: The location is nice and convenient to a lot of activities and dining. The pools are nice and the towel service + pool bar gives a resort feel.

Don’t waste your time unless you want end up with no where to stay.

Property reached out 2 hours before check in stating they needed to refund us due to AC issues but couldn’t even accommodate for us to stay anywhere else. We made an 8 hour drive & was given no accommodations for somewhere else to stay. We were left with no where to go with a 2 year old & 3 year old that were exhausted from the drive who just wanted to go to the beach. This has been the biggest joke of a host I have ever seen in my life. They offered refund but nothing more. No reimbursements for anything else not even an apology. They have the worst communication. This was the worst stay I have ever had. It was the biggest joke of a host. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Horrible experience!!! Do not use!?

I have used over the years many companies but this Vacasea is horrible!! Iwe arrived to a dirty condo. The floors were covered with sand, there was sand piles present, previous guests garbage on the floor, and sticky floors in the kitchen. Absolutely gross! I contacted the company and they offered to have the local staff come and take care of the floors. When I said that I would appreciate that then they said that the local staff looked at the floors before we came and said they were clean. So basically calling us a liar..but I have pictures of the sand and dirt piles that I swept up!! Then the kitchen has no utensils to use .. after contacting the company I was told to purchase some!!! Seriously!! That is your answer. We found extra pillows as normal in the closets but no extra pillow cases or blankets. These are just some of the issues we had! I would never use this company again and have told our baseball team also.

This room 723 is located in ocean reef resort! check it was quick, the room was spotless and it’s right on the beach! the only downside was you do have to park across the stress, also your on the 7th floor and the elevator was so busy we had to take the stairs a lot & bring extra toilet paper! they only provided us with 2 small rolls. But I would recommend this stay.

A bit aged, but very spacious.

The beach location and the pool/splash pad at Ocean Reef was amazing but the hotel is very dated. The hotel was not very clean (smelly, stained carpets outside our door) and there were always people shouting and rummaging through trash outside in the middle of the night. The unit itself was quite large and the bathrooms/bedrooms were great, albeit dated. Located right outside the elevator for easy access. Balcony was a huge let-down - just a small lookout over the parking lot. Could use a bit more kitchen amenities, but it did come with laundry detergent, soap, dish pods and even shampoo and conditioner, which was a huge bonus.
