Review

When we arrived are cooling system wasn’t cooling. Was corrected the next day. We had 4 towels for a condo that sleeps 8 (we had 5 in our party), we had a broken sliding door. The balcony was dirty. Not enough tp.

Awful. Don't stay here.

There were still food crumbs on the coffee table when we checked in. The floor was filthy. We had to wear shoes the entire time because the floors left our feet black on the bottom. There was a cockroach in the master bedroom. We had to call security, the owner, and the police numerous times because of parties going on in the condo above us every night (sometimes until 5am), and also parties/screaming at the pool well past the 11pm quiet time (the pool is right outside the condo bedrooms). It smelled like marajuana, and someone urinated over the side of the outdoor porch above us while we were sitting outside on the porch with our kids. The police never show up, I guess they have better things to do. The security also did not always show up when called, and when they did the party just restarted after they left. More than once my husband had to go upstairs or to the pool himself and ask them to end the party, this is a dangerous situation. The pictures provided in the listing are very deceiving, there are many buildings that share the pool area, and the condo itself needs work. This condo was horrible and completely ruined our family vacation. Do not rent here. BEWARE

Upon entering I went to use shower and the towel rod fell to the floor. They knew this was broken but just hung a towel on it anyways. They main bathroom had no hot water. Called they said someone would be right over but never showed.
