We had a lovely time in this older beachfront home. The few issues we had were promptly addressed by Elliott Realty. Steps to the third floor are very, very steep. While the main 3rd floor bedroom is lovely, the back bedroom has no windows and a low ceiling in several places. This made it a challenge to fully use it as a functional bedroom. Beach access is super easy and the fenced in backyard was great in corralling the grandchildren. Guest house was lovely. Lots of parking in the back made it easy for our extended family. Nice place and I would book this property again.

Great location….the house????

Older house, we get that, but pretty sure no one’s put a dime into it since it was built in the 1940’s. Cabinets falling off there hinges, cobwebs on every window and under every piece of furniture, you’d be more comfortable cooking in sauna than in the kitchen (zero AC), two bedrooms had water leaking in them, I could go on. Way overpriced at $14K per week. We expected better.
