If you are looking for a wonderful condo to relax in for your beach vacation, look no further!!!

Sea Breeze is a beautifully decorated condo located on the 5th floor of the Sand Dunes Resort along the Golden Mile in Myrtle Beach. View the entire beach from this end unit with a corner balcony for extra space. Dolphin watch from the balcony or just enjoy a sundowner after a day on the beach.

This one bedroom, one bathroom can accommodate up to 4 people in two double(full) beds. Bathroom has walk in shower.

With all the comforts of home, this unit has all you need. There is a full kitchen complete with full size stove, microwave, fridge and Keurig combo coffee maker. It comes completely stocked with all cookware, flatware and crockery needed. ALSO no need to buy bottled water as the kitchen has a built in water filtration system. Included is all bedding, towels and starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge and dish towels. NOT included are beach towels.

Along with central air the condo has two 55inch Smart Tv's. One in the bedroom and one in the living room.

For your convenience 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are provided.

Sand Dunes Resort offers an outdoor pool with lazy river and indoor pool. There are two restaurants on site at the resort. Oceanfront 74 and River City Cafe. There are many other restaurants within a block or two of the resort, Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's, Outback Steakhouse to mention a few. There is two grocery stores within 2 miles. There is also a Starbucks on the corner.

Within a short drive of the resort there are many things to do. Miniature golf, Outlet shopping, pier fishing or go to Broadway at the Beach with its nightly entertainment and fireworks display. There are dinner shows like the Pirates Voyage or music shows at the Alabama Theater or the House of Blues. After taking a walk along the boardwalk take a ride on the Sky Wheel to see the spectacular 360' view of Myrtle Beach or helicopter flip for an aria view. Or maybe a baseball game at the Pelicans stadium The choices are endless!!!

Great getaway

Great location. Easy access to the beach. The only thing that could’ve been better is an adult pool area. Not far from the boardwalk and a lot of good restaurants in the area

Comfort Packed with a Great View

Check in was very easy. The condo was outfitted with everything you need. The shower was definitely the highlight of the stay, along with the view. Also, the pizza restaurant and convenience store downstairs was perfect.

Small but fabulous!!!

The condo was small but very clean and modern. Great view! Liked that it was an end unit so less noise from other units. Would definitely recommend to a couple or a very small family. Was stocked with everything you would ever need for a five-day stay. Can't wait to come back!!

cozy room with great amenities and amazing beach view

We stayed for four nights with family. Quite cozy and self-contained (you have all you need in a house except a washer and dryer, which is available on the lower level of the building), and there is ample parking. Fantastic beach view with a nice balcony to relax and unwind while enjoying the ocean breeze. Check-in and out is super simple. highly recommended.

A well-maintained place right in front of the beach

Stayed for 3 nights with my family. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Every day we enjoyed the sunrise and moonrise. The property has quick access to the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was an excellent stay. We loved it.

Wonderful stay

We had our summer vacation at the resort and really enjoy it. The condor is modern, as all the necessary equipment and was very clean. The resort is well maintained also and offers a great pool. The beach view was amazing also. The July 4th celebration was breathtaking from the room (as a bonus). Only thing is we would have like to have access to the resort waterslides but we could not as a Vrbo client. I recommend!

Sea Breeze was a breeze!

Excellent property. Very clean and well stocked with amenities needed for our stay. Easy check in with keyless entry so no lines or waiting. Great views and enjoyed the end unit. The ice machine was close as well as the location for trash. Easy walk to the beach.

Very Clean

This place was updated and very clean. Essentially a one bedroom suite. Bath was very nice. We had an issue with the a/c and they sent a crew out and corrected it the same day, working late into the evening. Contact was very responsive. Great experience. This is a private unit in the resort. The resort could update and clean hallways better. Definitely recommend this room.

Beautiful week at the beach

The condo - awesome location. It was everything that was described in the ad. Loved the kitchen and bathroom especially. Very nicely decorated. Very easy to follow directions for getting into the condo. The beach chairs were an extra bonus. Loved sitting on the anarondeck chairs for morning coffee and a drink in the evening. Sand Dunes - very friendly staff when we interacted with them. We used the indoor jacuzzi one evening. They definitely added to much chemicals and looked like mold mixed in with the foam. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening. Fish tacos were great. However, the burger was definitely a frozen patty with very little taste. My husband asked for everything on the burger, but there was nothing but the bacon jam on it. Disappointing for the price. Overall, a great week at the beach.

This was a great unit. Perfect size for a couple to enjoy. Everything was clean, updated and well designed. Corner unit with great views and at the end of the hallway no foot traffic so no noise. Communication by/with owner was excellent. Very glad we chose this place.

DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS CONDO! I searched through several rentals and sites and finally decided to give this one a try after seeing and hearing horrible reviews about all other MB resorts, hotels, etc. This is by far the easiest and CLEANEST place I’ve ever been to and everything you need is right inside the resort. 2 restaurants and 2 others within 5 minutes walking distance. A coffee shop, convenience store, tiki bar, and arcade for the kiddos. Will be staying here again 1000/10!!
