The condo unit itself was as-expected and was appropriate for this group's use for a weekend golf trip. Check-in, check-out and communication with the management staff was seamless, simple, and quick responses. The kitchen was well equipped with general glassware, cooking, and eating items. The public, unsecured wifi for the entire condominium building however was frequently inconsistent and the main living room TV was unable to establish or maintain a wifi connection for it to function as a smart TV. Like most rental units, the pictures are professionally done and look generally more bright and clean than the actual unit's condition. The location of the unit was well positioned within 10 minutes in either direction for meals and night life, and within 30 minutes of golf. Lastly, I'll preface this section by saying the following did not impact the score for the "unit" itself, but it was particularly interesting that I would have wanted to know as a guest before selecting this property. I didn't know much about Myrtle Beach STR supply and demand, but the condominium building and the amenities were generally chaotic and cheap. During the day, it felt like I traveled back in time to undergrad college renting out a cheap motel in Destin or PCB. That was my fault for not researching more into the area and the overall property itself. Like I said, this did not affect the scoring given to the unit itself.
