Surf & Sand - Heated Pool - Ocean Views

Welcome to Surf & Sand, located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. This 5-bedroom, 3-story home is less than 5 minutes from the beach, with ocean views from both expansive decks. There’s also an elevator, a backyard pool and all kinds of amenities. This house is AWESOME!

THE SPACE:

Surf & Sand has everything you need to make some amazing beach vacation memories!

Step into the elevator and head to the top floor where the open-plan living area features comfortable seating, an 82” Smart TV and fast high speed internet.

The gorgeous kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances with a huge island that has bar seating for 4. There’s also a lovely dining alcove where the table seats 8, and the whole space opens out onto a gracious ocean-view deck where your entire group can gather to watch an iconic Myrtle Beach sunset.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS:

Surf & Sand has a total of 5 bedrooms, all with smart TVs, and 3.5 bathrooms, so you can easily sleep 12 people here. All linens are provided and there’s also a starter pack of all essential paper products waiting for you as well.

Along with a full laundry and a powder room behind the kitchen, the top (3rd) floor has a master suite off the elevator with a King-size bed, plenty of storage and a luxurious en-suite master bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms total, 2 on each side, with Jack and Jill connecting bathrooms. On one side there are 2 Queen bedrooms with a connecting bath, and a bedroom with 1 Queen bed and bedroom with 2 Queen beds on the other. Both baths have tub/shower combos and double vanities. A large hallway opens out to another huge full ocean-facing deck.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

On the first floor, there are stairs and an indoor elevator entrance. There’s also a carport with plenty of parking underneath for up to 7 cars. Bring your own golf cart or rent one from our local partners. We’re motorcycle and trailer friendly!

Our favorite place besides the beach to hang out, day or night, is the backyard pool! There’s a gas grill and picnic table, plenty of chaise lounges and seating, a smart TV and LED pool lighting for night-time dips! It’s the perfect place for your entire group to gather and make some special memories together!

To have the pool heated is a $300 fee outside of Airbnb. We will need 48 hours notice to have the heaters turned on to bring the pool up to temperature. Note: Water can get about 10 degrees warmer than outside air temp.

AROUND TOWN:

Located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, you are close to everything and just a golf cart ride away from Main Street. There’s golf, and putt putt to play after a day at the beach. Or head to Barefoot Landing on the Intercoastal or Broadway at the Beach for great shopping, restaurants, shows and more! There’s also all of Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand with endless beautiful beaches, and all kinds of water sports!
