Our Vacation

We were EXCEPTIONALLY impressed with the property. The condo was immaculately cleaned. We felt comfortable during our entire stay. There were ample utensils, pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen. We absolutely loved that the unit had a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The check-in process went very smoothly and there was excellent online interaction with our host, Melanie. We did not contact her often; however, whenever we did, she responded promptly. Also, we were very pleased that what management said the total cost would be, was all that was charged. There were no hidden fees. The only thing we were not happy with was that we did not have full access to the amenities, such as the water park and the arcade. We were informed in the booking instructions that 2 parking passes and 9 pool passes would be provided at check-in, but we only received 2 parking passes. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would certainly stay again.
