“Great resort! Friendly staff, very clean everywhere and good amenities. Pool and hot tub where excellent although it should stay open till 11 not 10pm. So close to the main attractions at the boardwalk but far enough away late night sound was never an issue.
Views overlooking the ocean were amazing!
Highly recommend this place and will stay here again. ”

“Everything was terrible totally filthy no housekeeping had to get your own towels made us wait till 4 to get our room while several other people checked in had to take out your own garbage room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty told us they didn’t have any other room for us to exchange for what we paid everyone was rude very unprofessional I think they should refund my money this was the worst hotel I have ever booked in Myrtle Beach and they acted like we were nobody and didn’t care we also……

“We could hear and see the ocean. The property was broken oked the weekend we were there the pool and hot tub was Everytime we went down. Hit in the hot tub once and it was very nice.”

“Front desk staff were not friendly, when we arrived in the room and try taking shower didn’t shampoo. Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out.”
