Gatlinburg Mysterious Mansion Hotels

"We loved our stay. The server at Firefly’s was awesome. We enjoyed listening to the piano in the lobby. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The views are amazing. The pool looked great for families but I would have loved to get a drink & relaxed in the pool or hot tub without all the kids running around. It was full up until closing time. Overall, it was a great hotel. We can’t wait to go back! "

"This hotel charges $14.95 per night for PARKING!.. This was not included in the total cost of the room when I booked. I was given a paper to sign at check in and told I owed an additional fee. Keep in mind this is per night. This can add up quickly when staying for a long weekend. Another guest told me this was new and he has been staying at this hotel for over five years and never had to pay until now. The hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast was good. I only rated this hotel a 4 stars due to the parking fee. "

"Staff was very friendly rooms were very clean. Location is perfect. Icemaker didn’t work because still working on hotel. New bedding, new carpet really nice rooms."

"The carpet in our room was noticeably dirty from the main walking areas to under the desk. They have updated a few things like the bathroom which was great with great water pressure and plenty of light! The beds were comfortable and the two queens were perfect for our family. The room was spacious and we were keep cool with the a/c and it worked flawlessly. This place was a bargain for the location and amenities. We will most likely be back again."
