「main door access code was not easy to get as the instructions was not clear and straightforward for that, no staff could help at that time which was in the pretty cold night, there was no air cond. inside untill we entered the room, and the hot shower water was not supplied after 3rd family member finish it that 2 families couldn't take a shower in that cold night」

「The bath facility and sauna was so beautiful and relaxing. Every room and super Japanese modern and designed/remodeled very tastefully. We had a very comfortable stay. 」

「This was my last night for a three night trip in the biwa lake area and was the best value for money among one expemsive boutique hotel and one similar business hotel.」

「We really loved the area around this guest house, even if it was a bit remote. The owners are incredibly nice people, and the house itself was spotlessly clean. It is a pet friendly property and our dog loved the stay as well. If you don't like walking or can't walk for great distances, I would suggest bringing a car, but the owners will certainly helpyou if you ask!」
