"great location; excellent wifi; attentive staff and excellent customer care; the reason for not getting 5 stars are the lack of aircon control and the room we stayed in was hot despite the winter weather. The management provided a small electric fan to appease us. The size of the room is not ideal for couples. "

"This is the worst place to book your stay. i traveled with my daughter who is 6 and i was very concerned for our safety. the staff was okay. the only nice place is the table in the “lobby” & the outside of the building. the “shared” bathroom & showers, you dont find out they are shared till you book this place. it looks like a jail. the “bed” is so uncomfortable its just a thin mat and a thin pillow on wood. "

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Swissotel in Osaka and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is unbeatable, being right above the train station made getting around incredibly easy. It’s also just steps away from the incredible restaurants and bars/clubs in the Dotonbori area. The hotel itself is stunning, with excellent amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. Their laundry service was also very quick and Very gaily priced. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"Very clean. It’s in a central and convenient location to street markets and other good restaurants nearby including the 24/7 Seven Eleven that also has a great selection of foods. Very quiet. The washer/dryer is amazing. The hotel provides free toiletry and laundry detergent. Very quiet at night. Has filtered water station for guests and very helpful and knowledgeable staff."
