“We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. ”

“The resort is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs at specific times and goes to the nearest train station, Shiojiri. The owner was very kind and even offered to pick me up and drop me off at the station, and he also took me to visit the old town, Narai-juku. “Delightfully friendly and kind hosts. Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus.”

“旅館主人友善好客、細心有禮。旅館整潔、寧靜。逗留了五個夜晚，雖然每一日只是吃完早餐便前往景點，但每一天早飯時間她們都會貼心地詢問我們的感受，昨日的旅程如何，準備不同款式的早餐，推介長野周圍的景點、餐廳都讓我們感到非常溫暖。 地點可能比較偏遠，每晚回旅館需要駕駛一段挺長的山路，但到朝早看到旅館附近景色，也是值得的。”

“本次是兩家共7人來輕井澤滑雪，住在"輕井澤村"。 交通方面，我們選擇住在這裡時就已經做好每天搭計程車的心理準備，但老闆很熱心，在她有空的前提下會協助送我們去車站或雪場，很讚(從車站或雪場搭計程車回來大約1000多yen)。 餐飲方面，本次住宿的兩晚在飯店附近的燒肉跟日料店吃，都還不錯。早餐則是前一晚在飯店旁的7-11(只開到晚上11點)買好，早上吃完再出門滑雪，也算方便。 另外對於滑雪客很加分的一點，"輕井澤村"附近就有一家雪具租賃店，相比在雪場裡面租大概便宜一半，超划算。(滑兩天以上的雪友可以考慮每天滑完後直接把雪版鎖在雪場裡的架子上，不用帶著往返，方便很多) 整體來說，入住"輕井澤村"給我們很好的體驗，非常推薦。 (這次滑雪有同伴不慎受傷，老闆幫忙載了我們幾趟往返醫院，讓我們很溫暖，也再次對老闆表達感謝，非常非常謝謝老闆的協助。) ”
