"Disappointed in buffet breakfast. Scrambled eggs were fairly good, otherwise the sausage patties and sausage gravy I left on my plate. Only fruit offered were apples. It’s been about 1 year since I’ve stayed at a Hampton Inn, but I was surprised to find that “complementary “ water is now $2/bottle. I also miss the fresh baked cookies you used to have available. The rest of my stay was up to Hampton Inn standards. Love your pillows!"

"The rooms were absolutely beautiful, offering ample space, elegant furnishings, and high-quality linens. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained and provided outstanding value for the price. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. What truly stood out, however, was the amazing hospitality of the staff. Despite our arrival around midnight, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional courtesy. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel valued and set the tone for a wonderful stay."

"The place looked like a welfare hotel. It was huge and you could easily get lost in its long hallways. There weren’t many guests, either. The area seemed a little bit sketchy. Most of all? That beautiful picture of a summer pool was fake. It was covered over and the area around it could possibly be considered a danger. There was overturned broken pool furniture around it. Breakfast the first morning could be as expected for such a property. Cereal, frozen waffles & sausage, muffins & coffee. 2nd morning no coffee bc the coffee maker broke. 3rd morning I opted for a $17 breakfast at a nearby Bob Evans before I left the area, as I was checking out. It served its purpose for a $40ish a night hotel. If you’re expecting what’s on the website, you aren’t getting that. "
