Just imagine....A golden sandy beach kissed by the Atlantic Ocean is just steps from your spacious deck!

This house is equipped with an Elevator so you don't have to maneuver flights of steps. The elevator goes to all 3 floors. To access the elevator you have to go outside onto the front decks. The elevator does not access the inside of the house.

You will have fantastic Ocean Views from the front decks as well as a beautiful views of the Hatteras National Seashore Sanctuary from the back. (Keep your eyes open for grazing deer.)

A wonderful way to start your day is to enjoy your breakfast on the deck while watching the ocean and basking in the warm Outer Banks sunshine!

It's only a short walk to the beach on our Private Beach Access.

Enjoy relaxing around your private 12 x 24 Swimming Pool.

There will be No Rainy Day Blues here!
The Game room has a Pool Table, Poker/Gaming table, Multiple board games, TV & DVD Player and a Kitchen.

The Theater room is equipped with a 50" Smart TV, a Blu Ray player, a Popcorn popper, Mini Refrigerator, and Comfortable Stadium Seating.

2 fully equipped kitchens make dinner time no problem. with Two (2) refrigerators, a Crockpot, Blender, an air fryer, Mixer, & Seafood Steamer pot, is all you need to keep your hungry family happy.

Have some family time in the large great room area or have some private viewing on one of the many Smart TVs located throughout the house.

There are two laundry areas two washers and two dryers.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. College students and anyone 27 or younger considered on a "case by case' basis and will include additional student rate and security deposit. If you are under the age of 27, you Must Submit an Inquiry First. You are not allowed to "Instant Book".

2. PET FEES are NOT INCLUDED in price. We have No Restrictions on number, breed, or size.

Here are some OPTIONAL Items to Make Your Trip Complete :

1. Hurricane Insurance (5% of your total) will refund any days missed because of evacuation.
2. Beach Chairs(sitting) & Umbrellas rental.
3. Pet fee is $100 per week per pet + tax.
Or if less than a week, Pet fee is $15 per day per pet + tax.
