「This place was awesome and we would stay again! It was very clean -- kitchen surfaces, floors, beds, bathrooms all looked great. We loved the 3 floors, 2 balconies & stocked kitchen supplies. It's nice that the kitchen is open to the rest of the floor so everyone feels together during food prep. Beach supplies are also there (chairs, umbrellas). 「We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap...

「The check-in was so easy! And the kitchen had all the necessities you would need to cook. The airfryer/stove was a little difficult to figure out but other than that it was great. The AC units worked amazing in the humidity of the island. The only thing was that the drains in the shower weren't draining right but it was manageable. The host was great and responded to my messages in a timely manner. Thank you for allowing us to stay! 」

「This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. 「We had an overall nice stay at this villa. The home itself is spacious, well-located, and has great amenities, making it a good option for larger groups. The outdoor areas were especially enjoyable and added a lot to our experience.That said, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. Cleanliness could be improved—we found hairs in the showers upon arrival. The upstairs bathroom shower also had drainage issues, which made it inconvenient to use. 「The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches.」
