「The room is nice and tidy. The staff on the front desk was helpful. There are several restaurants around but not suitable for all the people. There is a shopping mall with other restaurants there. Can reach there by taxi in 20 minutes.」

「Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

「They were eager to change a new room when we didn’t get satisfied for the first one. Overall, the room was clean and nice, and I love the bath too.」
