5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps 12. Spacious home with 4 levels of living space, forced hot air and central a/.c. Living room, den/office, eat in kitchen on first floor; 3 bedrooms on second floor; One bedroom on third floor and finished basement with bedroom and full bath. Outdoor brick patio with gas grill, outdoor table and chairs and outdoor shower. Salt water pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and playground.
The home is in the Naushop neighborhood and is on the bike path. Provides easy access to the beach (1.5 miles), town (1.8 miles), and other amenities. Short walk to Espresso to Go, Nantucket Meat and Fish market, and Discovery Playground.

Fabulous house! Great neighborhood, convenient location
Absolutely fantastic rental! Immaculately clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, super comfortable. Fully equipped—has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We loved being right across from tennis/pickleball courts Great house for families with kids—easy access to pool. The owner, Ed, was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to all questions. Max, the caretaker, was great—quickly on top of the few minor issues we had during our 2-week stay. Close to Nantucket Meat & Fish market, Nantucket Bake Shop, and Island Variety.
We have stayed in 20-30 vacation rentals through the years, and this is truly one of the great ones. Enthusiastically recommend!

Beautiful home away from home
We had the most incredible week at this Naushop property and look forward to returning. The location is perfect, especially for young children, since there is a playground and pool directly across the street. It is a bike ride away from the beach and town and within walking distance of the Nantucket Bake Shop and the Nantucket Meat and Fish Market. The house is impeccably decorated and very clean. Ed and Max were very responsive and the check-in process was seamless. We look forward to returning!
