Naples Park Stay

Modern, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed for visit to Naples. Kitchen was well stocked and comfortable beds. Everything seemed new. TVs had good cable packages. Location was great, biked to the beach in 5-8 minutes. Communication was very good with manager. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Soccer Tournament Quick Stay

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. We found our hidden gem in Naples!

Perfect overflow space…

My family is getting too big! This was a perfect a lot to place one of the kids and their spouse, quiet for working. Very comfortable, clean. Walkable to beach. They would stay again.

Neat and clean

Unit was very clean, neatly decorated with no clutter, thoughtfully stocked and convenient to many nice places. My only problem is that upon booking, the listing was clearly marked "entire home." Imagine my surprise when i received check-in instructions and was told this was a "villa style" home and we had the end unit out of three. Parking was tricky as we have a very large truck and had to share the driveway with two other vehicles. Naples Park is a nice neighborhood, mostly quiet, but the houses are really packed in there so don't expect much breathing room. Host was quick to respond and professional. Overall pleased with our stay, but not happy with the misleading description.

Not what was expected

The property was clean and nicely decorated. It was thoughtfully appointed with coffee pods, dish detergent etc supplied. The backyard is fenced, private and has a nice firepit with 4 chairs and a BBQ grill. The owner was very responsive to communication/needs during the stay.All that being said, it was not disclosed or apparent from the listing that this was one unit of three in a single family home converted to a triplex. The walls were extremely thin and we could hear every move in the other units down to a sneeze and when hangers were moved in their closet. When on vacation, that really isn't what we would have chosen had we known. There were two bedrooms but only one had a closet and it had a broken door which was actually in the closet. The other bedroom had a small dresser half full of towels and sheets. The refrigerator was a small "Magic Chef" like size which is a little bigger than a college dorm size. We did not have the space we needed for food and beverages and we were only there for a five nights. In addition, "House Rules" are sent two days prior to check-in along with door codes. These rules included not being able to use the washcloths to remove makeup. Any rules such as these should be communicated at time of booking - not after the cancellation period. Then if any of those rules are a "deal-breaker", you have the chance to cancel without penalty.All in all, the unit was nice and in a good location, but we would not rent it again.

A beautiful property with attention to detail. Nice beach towels and beach chairs provided as well as bikes.Perfect location for beach time and many options for night life -- restaurants, shopping, cocktails.Would definitely recommend this place for your next getaway.

Amazing stay - Strongly recommended

The Endless Summer was everything we could’ve asked for. Short walk to the beach and Mercato. (bikes and beach equipment were also provided) Perfect space for a vacation home with everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable quiet, we will return. Thank you Neno.

Nice and quite as well as clean

Entry door Could be updated. But everything else was perfect. Bikes and beach chairs made the short trip to the beach east.
