「Would stay here again. Amazing hotel with all new amenities. Had tooth brushes and razor free for guest use, not something I’ve seen at any of our other hotels. Also a Dyson hairdryer! Only flaw I would mention it is in a pretty rough area and it is one out of many buildings in that area. We were actually unsure if it was the right place when we arrived and walked around the building before finding the entrance. We then had to buzz in. 「La alberca no funciona los domingos. Mi esposa visito por una noche el hotel y no pudo utilizar la alberca porque los domingos no la abren. Increible que en un hotel de este nivel no está disponible esta amenidad.」

「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」

「Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern decor, and aesthetic. Nice bar. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming to my boyfriend and me. We were staying in Italy for a couple of days and luckily chose the perfect place. I didn't know how to work the lights at first, but one of the girls up front came up to my room and showed me, with no complaints. Couldn't ask for better service. Staff gave us complimentary drinks and ordered a taxi for us at 4 am for our early flight. Wish we could've...

「今年4月才开的，位于一栋建筑内，这栋建筑特别有意思，类似中国的天井。酒店设施非常新，设备也现代化，有电梯上楼，早餐也很棒，总共4个套房，各自一个主题命名。有两个套房可合并作为大套房，本次有幸入住，很大 空高也非常高和装修相得益彰，分别都有小阳台。要过两道大门（大门很有意思）也安全，门卡和钥匙相结合。位于那不勒斯火车站步行15-20分钟路程的位置，建筑身后不远处就是逛街区域，很方便也很好找，我们是晚上抵达，提前联系了房东了解了信息，反馈很迅速且信息也很全面，从机场打车也很好找。照了房间美丽的照片暂时无法分享很遗憾，图片没有实物美。」

「The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..!...

「Property was very clean and well equipped. Rooms are small but if you use the balcony, it suffices. Beds are very firm and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location was amazing - we were walking distance to many attractions such as the Lungomare, restaurants, the port, 2 to 3 castles, and supermarkets for the essentials. This place has an elevator, which was a must for us with our bags. There are no pools or gyms, front desk etc. Check in was self serve. Very well...
