The property was not clean, items under couches, dirty entryway from garage, oven was not clean. Towels were very old. Lanaii was stained and dirty. Had to clean everything. The villa itself was decent. I would highly recommend they change cleaning services!!

Lovely condo in clean safe neighborhood
We rented this condo after being displaced from our home in Ft Myers Beach after Hurricane Ian and it was a lovely temporary home. Everything was as described in the listing and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed the small pool! The kitchen is a bit undersupplied if you are a frequent cook but everything else was great.

Clean, Spacious and Reasonably priced -- With a Pool!!!
My wife and I stayed at this VRBO for 4 months from Jan 1st - April 30th. The application process was a bit involving and cumbersome at the beginning. Because your rental application has to be approved by the HOA. however, once all of that is done, everything else is a breeze. The property was very spacious, very clean. Everything was organized. all the remote controls were properly labeled. The place actually was bigger than the photos shown, and what we had imagined. In addition, the Pool is a wonderful amenity to have as soon as you open the lanai door. Security here at Verona Walk is pretty good. There is a clubhouse with a lap pool and restaurant in the "Town Center" but we actually never used them. Since we just use our own pool. and we would venture out to restaurants in Naples. Decent location as you are 15 mins from Marco Island and about 20 minutes from downtown Naples. Overall the VRBO property was a great one. However, Verona Walk community is a tad bit older for us, in terms of the aesthetics, property age and the overall residents. But if you are looking for a reasonably priced place with your own pool, this property is wonderful!
