Location - Location - Location If you love the beach - this vacation home is for you because it has one of the best locations on the entire island. One of the few properties with a backyard gate. Our guests can use this short cut in order to get to the beach. You can reach the beach within 5 minutes with an easy, comfortable and safe walk. You do not have to pack for the entire day, you don't have to look for parking you simply cross Collier Blvd at the traffic light and you are at the boardwalk.

Be one of the happy guests to enjoy this tastefully remodeled three bedroom home. You will appreciate the airy open floor plan with high ceilings that makes it so easy for entertaining as well as relaxation. Ceiling fans are in every room. With the split bedroom style, the master bedroom has access to and is overlooking the pool area with its tranquilizing waterfall from the jacuzzi. Of course there is Wireless High Speed Internet so bring your laptop along. You can even attach it to a 35 inch monitor. All together there are 4 flat screen TVs (one HD SMART TV) where you can access your favorite streaming service or even use the cable access to view your favorite show or listen to numerous digital music channels. There are also 2 DVD players . The entire home is tiled, fresh and super clean.

If you enjoy the outdoors this home is definitively for you. The pleasant Lanai area is over sized and screened in. A gas barbecue is waiting for you. The pool with Jacuzzi is truly state-of the-art and absolutely user friendly. The pool is heated throughout the year (no additional costs) and you can activate the Jacuzzi with the push of a single button! Also in regards to the latest technology there is hardly any use of chlorine necessary which is just great for your and your kid's skin and eyes. Pool toys and towels are also provided.

If you prefer to be more active, you can play a game of Ping Pong inside the screened Lanai area. We also offer two bicycles and we even added a Tandem for your use. Marco Island is extremely biker friendly.

When we bought and remodeled this property we always had one goal in mind: comfort and easy-living for the perfect Marco Island vacation.

We pride ourselves to offer one of the nicest homes, close proximity not only to the beach, but multiple restaurants and various shops as well. Our 5 STAR reviews are a testament that many unforgettable vacations happened at our home and wonderful memories were created. We present a true home away from home; with lots of real nice amenities. We always like to make it as comfortable as possible for our guests and provide true costumer service. A large number of families who return year after year are testimony to that.

This house was perfect for us. We split it with another couple and flipped a.coin for the bigger bedroom and bathroom. The location is perfect for walking a short distance to the beach! Very welcoming owners!

A lovely home in a perfect spot
The property is spacious and clean with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi in the backyard, on a quiet street. Three good sized bedrooms and lots of common space. Pat was a pleasure to deal with. And the location is amazing. Short walk to the public beach, great restaurants nearby (La Tavola 3 mins away!). We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The walk to the beach was so simple going out the back yard! I am someone that loves walking the beach every single day...sometimes multiple times a day. I loved the ease of doing this. The pool was heated to enjoy every day. The house was big enough for 6 of us to spread out. I would love to stay at this house again! Also...no worries of all the cleaning up responsibilities when you leave! Just takes your bags and sadly leave.

Tough to Beat!
Wow! We just returned from a fabulous Christmas week at this lovely Marco Island property. Pat and Charles were fantastic hosts who made the whole Vrbo process (our first Vrbo experience) so easy and welcoming. Our hosts even had a little Christmas tree set out for our arrival which was such a thoughtful touch. Their genuine eagerness for this to be a fantastic vacation for our family was apparent from the time of booking until the moment we left. The spacious, immaculately clean house was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. The location is fantastic - close to the beach but in a quiet neighbourhood. The very private lanai with hot tub, pool, ping pong and covered eating area was the highlight. We loved the proximity to the beach, mini golf and restaurants. Everything you could possibly need for a fun family vacation was included (pool floaties, bikes, beach wagon, cooler board games etc). This sets the bar very high for Vrbo rentals! Thank you Pat and Charles for making our family getaway so special and memorable. We can't wait to return!

The property was as listed. Location was great, close to beach and restaurants. A keypad or garage door opener would have been much more convenient. More labels for the light switches would have helpful.

A Lovely Family Retreat
To kick things off, Pat & Charles were fabulous hosts. My wife, two daughters (3yr & 7mo) and I arrived at the house just after Thanksgiving .. just as the photos show. There was ample space for our family of four and we all slept comfortably. The screened-in pool/jacuzzi is a major bonus! The property is in an excellent location .. just as the description says. It's situated a block over from the beach and near plenty of restaurants and activities to the keep everyone busy. We really hope to come back soon!
