I believe I was way overcharged for my stay. One good thing is proximity to beach and great restaurants, but the condo is basically a motel room.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay and especially the very short walk to the beach, we watched the sunset every night. Loved having the beach chairs and towels available. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. The restaurants and shopping on 3rd were so close and walkable too! We had a great time, thank you!!

Overpriced

Great location - property overpriced: tub/shower does not drain. Couch and chairs dirty, small tv. You have to undo bad and toss garbage before you leaving… Not going back

Amazing location!

This could not be in a better location! 10/10! Will definitely be back in the future. Perfect studio steps away from Naples pier. No worries about the parking hassle. Very conveniently located to such a beautiful beach! Glad we rented a car for some of the further locations we wanted to visit but if we hadn’t it also would have been easy to get what we needed. Thank you so much Tony!

Location, location, location

Literally steps from the closest parking lot that services Naples Pier. Incredibly convenient to the beach and the Old Town (less than 5-minute walk to coffee shop and bakery to start the day). While the Condo building itself is dated, it is well-maintained, and the unit itself was nicely updated and very efficient as the pictures depict; the fold-out sofa was easy to use and very comfortable (overall, adequate space for the 3 of us). Coin laundry upstairs and a beach equipment locker (our beach chairs and the small umbrella had certainly seen better days - would recommend replacement). We would definitely book this unit again without any hesitation -- a "little" jewel surrounded by multi-million home jewels. Thanks very much for a great visit!

A perfect Spot

This studio was the perfect place for our Naples vacation. We stayed 6 nights and would have liked to stay more. All the pictures shown are exactly correct. All the furnishings seemed to be new and modern. Much thought to detail with accents like coral and sea shells. The bed was only a full size and not a queen, but it was still comfortable. The area is super quiet. We did not hear any outside noise. The pool is enormous and sparkling and clean and only steps from our door, We could walk everywhere. We really didn't even need a car. The Naples pier is 1/2 block away and a beautiful beach as well. We were surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and beautiful landscapes. We could walk to a beautiful shopping area of high-end shops, restaurants, and even a 7-11. The studio was supplied with everything we needed, beach chairs, beach towels. We would definitely stay here again. This vacation was enjoyed by myself and my husband, a senior couple in our 70s.

Nice condo in great location

This is a nice efficiency condo that is in a prime location. Easy one block walk to beach and in historic Naples among multi million dollar houses. Condo was very clean and mostly updated. Kitchen is a little dated but completely functional. Pool is small but very nice and clean. Entire complex is well taken care of. Coin laundry upstairs and a beach equipment locker. Pictures are accurate. We would rent this again due to the great location. Thanks for a great stay.

Our favorite vacation spot

It was so beautiful and we hope we will be able to go back many more times. ( We were fortunate to be there just before all the restaurants and beaches had to.close)

Slightly Disappointed

This was a great location but I found the property to be a bit run down and in need of updating. One window has flimsy locks and the other window (overlooking an alley and a public parking lot) didn’t lock at all. For my next trip I’ll probably stay elsewhere.
