Snowbird Stay

The property was perfect for us. It's in good condition with a nice pool and within in a short drive of downtown Naples and it's many fine restaurants, the beach and other local areas of interest. The main TV went out (luckily the day after Super Bowl) and was replaced in a timely manner. The door combination lock failed our last night, but a quick phone call provided us with a solution to get through the night.

We loved the house, it was clean, spacious and very welcoming. We couldn't get the TV to work in the 2nd bedroom. Apart from that, everything was great.

Everything you need, almost.

Check-in was easy. Near airport, but didn’t even notice. Very clean. Beach equipment and plenty of towels! Pantry could use a few basic seasonings and condiments. A little coffee grounds to use for first arrival would be nice. My family had a great time and really enjoyed the clean pool.

Short visit

Our family really enjoyed this property. The house was clean and the bedrooms good size for our teenagers. We had 3 in 2 rooms with no problem. Nice master suite too. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to the airport so it was convenient to most of Naples although occasionally noisy as planes landed and departed. Pool was heated and in great shape. We put the gas fire pit on the patio to use as it got chilly during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

Roaches in kitchen. Management company responsive, pest control out next day, which made the roaches more active and moved to living room. Previous tenants underwear under bed, no wash clothes and only one hand towel in the house. Positives: Beds were comfortable nice outdoor space.

Beautiful pool home

We were in town for our son to compete in a national football showcase at Paradise Coast, we didn’t need to find anything to do while in town because we enjoyed being at the house so much!! Everything we needed right there kids cooled off in the pool while we sat in shade on the beautiful lanai! Perfection

Great property, conveniently located to all Naples has to offer!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3BR 2BA home. This home is conveniently located to all Naples has to offer. We spent a lot of time on the 100+ degree days relaxing in the spacious pool. The home was very clean and well kept with beautiful exterior landscaping. Check in was super easy and the Mike Z team was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Naples. Very reasonably priced too… Thanks Mike Z team!!

Overall, not great. Electronic door lock did not work at arrival. After calling after hours phone line, was able to get key from key box. More than a few roaches inside. (Understand it’s S Florida) Lanai screen broken open in 2 spots so never used pool due to mosquitos on patio. Decided to leave a day early and drive home rather than spend a 2nd night there.
