About this property

Luxury home, new saltwater pool, completely remodeled with private casita.

  • Highly desired Tiger Estates home in Lely. Enjoy 2,500 square feet of newly remodeled space and furnishings. New Pool and courtyard pub with private putting green, outdoor kitchen and outdoor firepit. Enjoy 6 flatscreen smart TV's and all the comforts of home. Three king suites with 3 bathrooms for privacy and an office that holds an additional queen bed. Our family has enjoyed Lely for 15 years and are thrilled to have this new home to share with others. Extra care was given to upgraded towels, dishes, bedding and mattresses. The photos included 95 percent finished interior and the exterior work is 70 percent complete with an estimated completion date of 12/31/23. The pub courtyard offers a private setting with a putting green, corn hole games, and darts. Our new saltwater pool with lounge platform and fountain will provide hours of fun and relaxation. The panoramic lanai provides incredible views of Flamingo's 18th hole.
    Take the bikes to Lely's 5-star club membership at Lely Resort & Spa which is available to guests. Guests come year after year to enjoy the resort.
