「The internet was not available. The breakfasts were the same every day & not very healthy. Most of all every staff member that I encountered were not friendly in the least. I am not a critical person and I have never given a bad review but I felt although my stay was pleasant because of comfortable bed & quiet room the staff could have made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.」

「I booked here because it was the most economical option, so I expected it to fall slightly short of my moderate-to-high expectations. Honestly, for the price it was great. If you're looking to visit Summerland, I would recommend it for the price alone. It was very close to where I/we needed to go each day.
