Ruf ruff hotel tho pet friendly ... cops constantly circles lot at night. .. breakfast was salty and minimal no ICE in the whole hotel bathroom walls look like a remodeled crack house ...... not a good hotel but pet friendly

Checked in smoothly for one night, and soon realized that there was no ice in the entire hotel. The lady in the front lobby did a horrible job acknowledging the issue and kept sending guests back and forth on fool’s errands. I heard her tell a gentleman who was coming from the 2nd floor to go to the third floor where I was coming from, because “that one was working.” When I told her that I had just come from the third, she was sending me to go to the 2nd. All 3 machines were out of service, and they knew it. Instead of apologizing and putting signs they were playing dumb as if they were being told for the first time. That was insulting to the guests.

Didn't have enough parking space for guest and didn't like having to put a $150 deposit on it and I think I shouldn't have to do that no matter if I live one mile down the road or a 100 miles down the road it's uncalled for
