Great for big groups
This house was wonderful for our large group. We had 15 people. The listing was accurate and the house was located in a good area. We were able to walk to a couple places for breakfast and lunch. Quick drive to broadway. The only thing we had an issue with was the cleanliness of the house. The sheets were clean as were the towels but the actual house itself was pretty dirty. The bathroom had a ton of dust on the walls and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The rooms also looked like they had never been dusted and the walls were pretty dirty. The location, size and extra night added were great but could definitely use a deep clean.

Great trip. Great location. Close to downtown. Lots of beds, comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Could have used oven mitts and dish rag. Possibly upgrade TV channels. Great spot for our group of 9 guys.

Perfect place for a large family reunion
The house was perfect for a large family that came to town for a wedding. The location was great and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Uber easily accessible. Large dining room table was a hit for many card games. We didn’t have an iron but when I notified the host they brought one over quickly. Plenty of beds for everyone and 3 showers worked well!

Great house to accommodate a large group with ample parking available! The beds and blankets were so comfortable which I really appreciate when I’m traveling. We enjoyed the back deck a lot as well. Would stay again.

Enjoyable trip
This rental was just right for our family wedding trip. Everything we needed was there, owner was quickly responsive to a few phone call questions. One suggestion is just to run a couple cleaning cycles on the washing machine to freshen up odor in some baby clothes and blankets we had to wash. Very nice home, tons of space, nice updates.

Great place for large groups
Booked this place so that each of the 6 couples in our party could have their own room. With extra beds in each room, it could easily accommodate larger groups, although the number of showers and toilets (3 each) might be a limiter for some. There wasnt quite enough couch space for everyone in our group, but luckily, we didnt spend a lot of time hanging at the house. The house was clean, had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and communicative owners. The neighborhood is an odd mix, but has a great coffee shop and brewery right around the corner. Overall great place to crash while in Nashville.

Bachelorette Party House
We had a large group of women ranging in age from early 20s to 65. Most of us flew into town and we didn’t rent a car. There was plenty of comfortable beds for all, and a good size dining/living room area for activities. The kitchen was supplied adequately for our large group of 14. There was plenty of hot water for showers for us all, which we appreciated. The property manager responded to our questions very quickly and completely. If I could make any suggestions for improvements, it would be to add a Keurig to the kitchen, instead of a drip coffee pot, to accommodate each guest’s individual tastes for coffee or cappuccino each morning. Another suggestion would be to add a full length mirror to each floor. The only mirrors in the house were the bathroom mirrors over the sinks. Most women want to check from head to toe before walking out the door. Not a huge deal, but it would be a nice touch. The location was on a quiet street, and we were easily serviced by Uber, Lyft, and taxi. The trip from the house to Broadway was quick and inexpensive. We used delivery service from Walmart, Kroger, DoorDash, and Instacart for our food and beverage deliveries. There are plenty of options available to anyone staying here without a vehicle. Overall, this was a great rental property that I would recommend. Thanks to Adam for his help and quick responses to all of our questions and concerns!

A humble abode in East Nashville!
The house was accomdating for my family and siblings annual 4th of July reunion. The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the old home feel with updated ammenties. Just minutes away from downtown, and the neighborhood All People Coffee & Beverage Hall was one of a kind experience! I would consider renting again and recommend this property to others.

Perfect Location
We were in town for a golf trip and to check out Broadway. An 8-10 minute ride to Broadway was perfect distance. Would recommend this for larger groups. We have 15 total and had plenty of room.

Couples getaway
Property accommodations was a nice size for all 14 adults. Rooms are very spacious, and home gave enough space that it didn’t feel crowded at all. This home provided us with all the basic needs which was nice. Backyard was also spacious. I will say that 2 things I’ll have to complain about is that this home was doesn’t have a big enough water heater to accommodate a big group. By the 3rd shower the water was cold. The other thing was that they might need a secondary central air system. While the upstairs had nice air flow, the downstairs was very warm. Had to open window to let some air come in. The are wasn’t the best but it is an upcoming neighborhood we’re lots of new homes are being built. Location was just right as far as the distance to downtown were we mostly spent most of our time. We played games and stood up till 3am with some music and no complaints. Definitely recommend.

Our Nashville Reunion
We were in Nashville and needed to add another night to our booking. The host was very responsible with this and saved us a ton of time and money! It snowed which put a damper on our sight seeing and fun. The new coffee shop and brewery were walkable. The neighborhood is up and coming, I wouldn't walk around alone though. The back yard parking is a pain, but secure. The alley is a mess and I'd go pick it up if I lived there. The host was wonderful to work with and communicated well with us. We would use them again!

Our stay at this property was great. A short / cheap Uber to downtown Nashville. While a few of our first Uber drivers made us slightly nervous of the area, others assured us that it had improved drastically for the safer side over the past few years. We only mention that to comfort you if an Uber driver says the same thing at the beginning of your trip. We did not have any problems and had a fantastic stay.
