This was great place to stay ! Away from the craziness of Broadway , and lots of things to do in the area . Close to the opry , which was fantastic! We did have a car but took the shuttle downtown one day . Very convenient. I also loved that it had a fridge and microwave and a small couch area , so felt bigger than your typical hotel room . Staff was very nice and friendly . And breakfast was awesome ! Cannot pick apart anything !!!!

The rooms were dark not enough lighting The curtains didn’t close tight. The shower curtain didn’t go end to end so there was always water on the floor. The sides of the bathtub went up so I didn’t feel safe showering. Breakfast was good and they have a shuttle for 10/pp RT to Broadway Compared to other hotels the price was good Also 10/15 minutes to the airport

If you do not want to spend a lot of money on a comfortable and convenient stay, Best Western does not disappoint. It's close to everything Opryland, but also a close dive to down town Nashville. Everything from the parking, continental breakfast, staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and I'm very picky about where I stay.

The only complaint we have is waking up at 2am to people standing outside in the parking lot screaming, yelling, and laughing! Other than that, the experience was short but great!

Very affordable has a shuttle to downtown for 10 dollars round trip on the hour till one am. Shuttle driver Justin was super friendly! People at hotel were also friendly. Nice breakfast included with room, in the lobby every morning. The gal was working hard and very friendly! can Uber very easily too. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

The hotel it's self was great. But there is a new hotel being built across the street. So you have construction noise. Breakfast was lacking (not into watery scrambled eggs.)

The property is tired and in need of updating. The carpet is dirty and worn and the paint is dark, making the areas seem dirty. Additionally, the advertisement said there's a pool (which there is), however, it was closed for the winter (which it did not say). We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. There was another family at check-in and their kiddo was upset at the lack of pool.

The heat wasn’t working and although it was resolved, that shouldn’t been inspected before we arrived. The shower’s water pressure was horrible as far as taking a hot shower. The top lock kept getting stuck and I had trouble opening the door several times. Not what I expected from such a popular hotel chain and certainly not worth what I paid for the room, in my opinion.

Staying at the Best Western in Nashville was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to Nashville's vibrant music scene and top attractions. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and outdoor pool, added extra value to our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Best Western to anyone visiting Nashville!

The property was very clean, very quiet and convenient to interstate. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the selections were great. I loved making my own waffles. I will definitely choose this place for my next stay in Nashville. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet, clean, rest and relaxation. I enjoyed it all.
