Excellent

This is an awesome property with two master king suites, on different levels and a beautiful rooftop patio. Only consideration is this would not be a good property for people with mobility issues. It’s 4 levels and kitchen/livingroom require going upstairs - which is great for privacy but there are lots of stairs for the 4 levels. Other than that consideration it is great! We will definitely stay here again!

Old Guys Hockey Tournament

We stayed a Thursday to Sunday for an Adult Hockey Tournament. We were able to get in a little earlier than 4pm which was great. The property was really nice and had all the needed amenities plus complimentary shampoo and body soap. Our favorite part was the roof top hang out. It had a nice gas fire pit table and plenty of chairs. The roof also had a bonus gas grill which was used for a cook out. The only downfall would have been the parking. It had two garage spaces and another spot infront of the garage so three total. We did manage to find extra parking and fit our cars on property.The park area across the street was a little worrisome, but if you walked in pairs it was fine. The property also had an alarm system for security. I would recommend this location for a group trip to Nashville. It was only short reasonable Uber to Broadway Street.

Lovely property

The property was lovely! Exactly as pictured. There are A LOT of stairs so if you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you. My only complaints are the the AC unit went out on the 3rd level and it took over 24 hours to get someone out to fix it. Meanwhile the temp rose to over 80. Also we had quite a bit of rain and the bedroom on the ground level had a small amount of flooding. If you visit maybe don’t leave your luggage on the floor by the door.

Our NASH stay

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for the swim event at Vanderbilt, and it gave us easy access to all the great attractions Nashville has to offer. With three families staying together, the space was well-designed — roomy enough that we all felt like we had our own space while still enjoying time together. It was comfortable, convenient, and made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
