Pros: friendly staff; super clean; great rooms with nice kitchen area including full-size refrigerator, 2-burner stove and microwave; great workout facility. Dining options nearby.
Cons: no entry canopy ( it was raining when we arrived and I got soaked taking out luggage). Unpredictable water temp ( too often the water was barely warm).
We would stay here again but it would be great if there was a canopy and reliable hot water

We liked the place but there were a bunch of low class, loud, foul-mouthed, rowdy people in the pool that splashed and jumped into my 7 year old daughter and neither the kids nor the parents cared or apologized. The hotel is nice, but if people like that can afford it, I need to spend a little more next time…

The thermostat operated by motion activation. There was no way to turn on the fan to run. Made for an uncomfortable night. For the amount I paid for the room, other hotels allow me to set the thermostat. This is a cost cutting measure that lost a customer.

The hotel and my room were very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I had to cut my stay short so could not use all the amenities available, but this hotel is ideal for a longer stay. I appreciate being able to bring my dog, but the only negative is the amount of dog waste left by inconsiderate travelers on the grounds.

We really liked the hotel room and the property. We only stayed one night. When we got up to take our showers, the water was at best lukewarm. I went down and told the front desk clerk who stated, I will have them reset the boiler. Apparently this was a k own issue. After almost 3 hours, there was still no hot water. We had to check out never having been able to shower. When I checked out the front desk clerk was not rude but was what I would term “indifferent” to us. I did look at other reviews and on October 4th another guest had written about theirs identical issue. It’s a shame to ruin an otherwise pleasant stay with something that should be so easily fixed.

The room was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The staff were very helpful. There was no daily room service-only weekly. Arrived after six pm took several minutes to find reservation. Had to wait an hour before room was ready. Hotel was sold out and staff was busy. Hotel is new but our room needed a deep cleaning because of the previous customers so most of the problems were not the staffs fault.

Jalen at the front desk was great when we checked in, as was the lady who assisted us with check out. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, but front desk got it handled. Thermostat was set at 75 when we arrived and way too warm, but ac cooled down quickly when set. The area felt safe, with several dining options nearby. Should we ever be in the area again, we would definitely stay here again!!!

If you like hard mattresses then it’s fine. I felt like I might as well have slept on the floor in a sleeping bag. The room had an “eco-friendly” thermostat which meant that if you weren’t in the room - it turned off and got hot. Or if you stopped moving it would turn off. There were small pea ants in our room which you wouldn’t know unless you stayed in the room to sleep. We left a day early. The pool was cool but a bit on the cold side but not unbearable as we did swim. Will not book again. I hate writing bad reviews but I booked the hotel thinking it was the right fit based on reviews. It was not the right fit for us.

Booked through Expedia. Checked in, was charged for 2 nights as we booked. Next day we got a call explaining we only booked for one night and must leave. With all of our documentation they must have realized there was a snafu which did not involve us. Plus they rebooked the second night for us to stay and charged us for another night over $500 for 2 nights??? Still looking for a solution, apology, refund, etc. It’s a shame too as it’s a nice place but questionable management.

Not what we expected
On our arrival we were greeted by a loud barking dog that continued thru check in and then also a hour later when we came back into the lobby. I understand people have pets but nobody cares about the feeling of the other guests. Dishes were all in the dishwasher and didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. There was no coffee or tea for the morning. After showering there was no lotion, q-tips etc.. For $189.00 for a hotel in the middle of nowhere we received the very bare minimum. We were extremely disappointed.
