Great experience
The rental had everything we needed and the check in/out process was super easy. It's a nice little house and we had a great visit with our family in Nashville. One small upgrade would be that since it's pet friendly, just a little bit of fence behind the driveway would make it easier for pups to play in the yard - it's almost completely fenced in except for that section. Not necessary, just an upgrade. We recommend this rental!

Quiet, but so close to downtown
We were in town for a concert at Bridgestone Arena. The house is 4.7mi from the arena and center of downtown. Easy to navigate even with this being our first stay in Nashville. Everything in the house was perfect. Teens loved the pellet ice machine! 10/10 would stay again.

The house was very nice and clean! It was not far from downtown, so taking an Uber or Lift was no problem! They have everything you would need in the kitchen and are super responsive and informative of stores close by. They were prompt to answer when I had a question! I will definitely stay there or another location of theirs when I go back.

Perfect size! All the amenities you could ask for and then some. Quiet neighborhood, relaxing somewhat secluded backyard. Easy to find and a short drive into downtown Nashville! We would definitely consider this place again!

The home was just as described. It was close to shopping, the zoo, and easy to Uber downtown Nashville! Nice backyard that is mostly fenced in for for your furry friends. Highly recommend this home! Owners are on top of your stay and communicate very well.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The shower in the master bedroom is very small. No dresser to put your stuff if you are staying for a long time. It was close to downtown about 5 miles. This was a girls trip and we had a really great time.

Thanksgiving weekend
The house was clean and cozy and in a great location. Easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown or the mall. The master bedroom bathroom is a little small with a tiny sink and the shower was about two feet wide, which makes it difficult for a woman to shave her legs but it was doable. I am about 5’2” tall so the mirror above the sink was hung a little high for me as I could only see from my nose up but I stood on my tippy toes to see my reflection while getting ready. Only one TV in the entire house so we had to divide the nights up to take turns with the kids and adults to have TV time. Needs some extra bed blankets for the cooler nights but I did let the owners know about our concerns. Overall the house was clean and in a great location!

Was contacted the night before by host about an earlier check in available and it was helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Super close to grocery stores and about 10 minutes or about to Nashville itself. Uber rides were cheap to downtown and back. Will be back sometime in the near future

Trying….but need to monitor their cleaners
Functionality is good. Started to update but fell short of finishing. A lot of very used furniture except for living room seating. Kitchen was updated adequately. I sent a list of things that need a good deep cleaning and host acknowledged the list. I stage homes and if they take my advice and upgrade their budget every so slightly they will see big improvements. Needs better furnishings not more expensive ones. Good luck. Lots of possibilities here.

I had to book something pretty last minute on the way back to my home in Illinois and the house was perfect. Wasn’t crowded with too much Nashville traffic and had plenty of amenities. They accommodated me a pack n play for my toddler which was awesome.

Just what we needed.
We rented this property to attend a 4 day conference at the Grand Ole Opry convention center and it worked out amazingly well. After spending over 10 hrs at the conference each day, it is very relaxing to unwind away from the business to spacious living quarters.

Very well kept up. Nice backyard area. Modern appliances, plenty of kitchen accessories. The dehumidifier and air filters are a nice touch and helped one of our allergy sufferers. It was a great location for us relative to the airport and some events we attended. Would definitely recommend.

There wasn't a picture of the outside of the property listed but it was still easy to find. It's an older house that's had a lot of updates and we found it to be comfortable. It's great if you're traveling with your dogs, there's a back and front yard to walk them in. The only thing we didn't like was the fitted bed sheet kept coming off the bed but other than that, no complaints. The drive to Broadway wasn't bad at all, Uber ride for 4 people was $28 instead of $8 so we drove everyday instead. I would recommend this house for a getaway to Nashville.

Great Experience - Again...
I've stayed at Tuggle before and have to say that I really appreciate the way the Brent and his team make being out of town easy. I prefer the out of the way locations and this one, while off the beaten path, is very easy to get to and close enough to all of the main roads in Nashville to make it an easy destination. The cleanliness and quality of everything there was top notch. Its a very comfortable house with everything I needed right at my fingertips (kitchen, living area, very comfortable bed). I particular appreciate that you never want for the necessities (TP, Linens & Towels). You'd really have to go out of your way to find anything wrong let alone bad from my experiences. Thanks Brent - look forward to your hospitality next time out...

Cute house needs improvement
Communication was great from house but had some major problems with the house. Dirty dishes and garbage found in house when we arrived, the windows and doors leaked from storm, house smelled terrible and so did the linens. Couch was stained as well, over all very disappointed in the stay for the money. Needs improvements! Owners were notified!

Not sure what happened here and as you can see Liza's review is sitting on top of several 5 star reviews and our several other folks have stayed since Liza who were also very satisfied. Their reviews should be coming in shortly. Yes we did have an issue with the back door but her other issues we just didn't find and don't find they were plausible. We did take her concerns seriously and looked into each and corrected the couple things found as necessary. Our home is ready for your trip!

Great Space for a Weekend Getaway
