We liked everything about it except the stairs. Getting our suitcases from the car to the bedroom was difficult for me, But the place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property- the host was amazingly kind giving us an opportunity for a late checkout- so helpful!! The bathrooms were on the small side but the living space was warm and cozy

Perfect for us

Everything was very nice, clean and centrally located formour trip. Really like the boxes witn toiletries. There are alot of stairs, which was ok for us. Might be harder for some. Would definitely go back.

This property definitely lacks basic things. The bedrooms are too small to even open your suitcases on the floor. Zero counter space in all of the bathrooms and zero countertops or places to set up your things in the rooms. The bedrooms use tiny stools as a bedside table that can barely hold a cell phone .One of the bedrooms doesn’t have a door into the bathroom so it’s very inconvenient when staying with friends. The downstairs bathroom sink is clogged and gross. No blackout shades so bright lights all night. Not the best stay.

Great Place to stay

Came to visit for Thanksgiving and the house worked perfectly for my family. Beds are very comfortable, only recommendation is black out drapes for the master bedroom. Very difficult to sleep once the sun comes up with all the windows. But would recommend or stay again as long as I bring a sleep eye mask! :)

Very Responsive.

Arrival and the ease of getting in was great and the responsiveness to any issues that came up was great. I would say the biggest difference was the $50 obligatory damage fee I had to pay would be my biggest issue only to show up and see a few little things that were damaged and not working correctly at the property. But I do feel you would have sent someone over to fix the issues right away. Great service. I appreciate you guys.

Beautiful, clean & convenient but the air conditioning on second floor where you sleep doesn’t work well. Just know if you are going on the hot summer months to take a fan or something to help keep you cool!

Overall, a nice place to stay

Upon arrival, our code didn't work, but I was able to reach someone right away that fixed it immediately. The property was as described. There are 4 stories. It was all clean other than the rooftop deck but there had been some storms come through, so that was understandable. There were some access issues with one of the showers. We are not sure how exactly a larger person is supposed to fit in there, the door opens to the inside, leave a very small gap to squeeze in. They do provide a lot of starter things, like soap and shampoo and kitchen needs. This was all we needed for our stay. It was greatly appreciated. We had issues with the AC the entire stay. It was reported on the first night. The response to our texts were immediate but the AC was never serviced during our stay, making the bedrooms almost unbearable to sleep in. It was a warm weekend. The bedrooms did have fans, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The living room does need more seating, like a love seat or another chair, for when the rooftop can't be used. The location was good. Uber rides were reasonable when we didn't want to drive, and they had a service that offered a ride for 5 each person, each way, if you chose to use that. The garage fit 2 SUVs snugly. There really isn't anything in walking distance on the busy street but the unit is very quiet, and we enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Great trip

The space was awesome especially the rooftop deck. The negative could be easily fixed: the curtains definitely need to be “black out” in the kind bedroom. It’s impossible to sleep without hanging a blanket over the curtain rod. Black out curtains don’t cost that much and should replace the current sheet ones asap. Otherwise- it was awesome.

Wouldnt stay here again

Air conditioner didnt work when we arrived. Bedrooms upstairs couldn't be slept in because of the heat. Had to sleep in living room floor both nights. Left one night early. Property manager said "Sorry. Hope you will come back" . No!

21st Birthday road trip she'll never forget

The property is great - more charming than the pictures even. Location was fine because we had our own vehicle and Ubers were cheap. Since there were only 4 of us - it was perfect. But had my husband + other daughter joined, it would have been WAY too cramped. The master is a good size, but the second bedroom is teeny - I can't imagine having 4 people in there. Some additional hooks and shelving in the bathroom would make it much more functional. The water pressure comment from everyone else held true - but it's fine in the shower!? Only other glitch relates to parking. The garage is perfect - the problem arises when the units around this one start parking extra vehicles. Luckily they were around to move the cars that would have blocked us in. So crisis averted, but there's no clearance to accommodate vehicles if other units are hosting large groups - or even parking just outside of their garages. Oh! Please get some cutting boards - goofy thing - but it was weird trying to prep a meal without them. Overall - thrilled with the trip & this property. Thank you.

Great little place

We had a great stay for a long weekend. If I had to complain about anything I’d say there needs to be better curtains, as the other apartments had lights on alll night making the bedrooms bright. If you don’t like stairs, this isn’t for you…there are lots!

Beautiful condo with great customer service

I learned about Goodnight stay through an email with a discount code. My only issue was that it was not discounted when I first made the reservation. But, I was able to call and talk to a human, after hours, who said they would work on resolution. And 2 days later I received a credit back to my card. Very prompt and helpful, even after a snafu. The condo was beautiful! Nice location to explore Nashville, with comfy beds. Loved having a garage as well. Thank you for a good night stay!

The house was perfect for weekend get away for our daughters birthday. The house was clean, very comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. The was located just minutes from downtown Nashville and other tourist attractions. The only issue was that the second bedroom did not have a bathroom door. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, lots of stairs

Very cute property in great location. We were challenged with the lack of space to put our things in the bathroom and bedroom and with lack of adequate window coverings. Early mornings we felt like we were waking up in an operating room with sun coming thru the huge windows and only a thin white gauze drape. Shower in guest room is almost impossible to get into as the shower door is hung on the wrong side and bumps the sink. Very low water pressure on the 2nd floor sinks. Loved having a garage and washer/dryer. Would have liked ceiling fans in bedrooms.
