All 8 of us, along with our spouses, wanted a week in Nashville to take in the town. The houses were absolutely perfect. Every time we needed something, I would text and they would reply within seconds. And, every time we needed something, it was already there and they simply pointed it out. They were amazing.

50th Birthday Celebration

We traveled to Nashville to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We had 19 people and these properties were perfect for our group! Each house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house was well stocked with the essentials needed. It was such a nice touch that shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied in each bathroom. The Downtown honky tonks were only a short 8-10 minute Uber drive away. We never had to contact the landlord, everything was great!! We would definitely stay again!

Great first visit to Nashville

We had a great first trip to Nashville with our friends and family. The host was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up - we initially had trouble with door locks and opening one of the units. The host was able to reset the locks and get us in quickly. After the first night we noticed the heat was not working on the lower levels of one of the units, and the host set up a tech to visit the same day to address it. We were able to find and easily fix the issue. We know that things like this can happen, but the important thing is that the host was responsive and took the right measures to address the issues. We hope to return next year with another group. We would rebook at this same location as it was very accessible to downtown (10 minute drive).

Great location and property

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. We had our leadership team meeting and it worked out very well. Great access to restaurants in the area and the rooms were good size for individuals in both houses. One house had not been cleaned when we arrived, however it was easy to get in touch with owner who rectified quickly.

Our stay

Everything was great! The size was perfect for our group. Communication was good and the owner’s worked with us well especially check in and check out. The only thing we weren't happy with is the location. The information on the site led us to believe we were a mile from Broadway but in fact it’s a 15 minute drive leaving costing us hundreds of dollars for Uber rides that we weren’t planning on.

John was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The houses were listed as "Luxury" properties, however there were quite a few things that were lacking. There were a few holes in dry wall, cover-up paint was on many walls. There were no utensils, platters or serving items for large groups, even though each house slept up to 10. Main areas were clean, but corners, bathrooms and light fixtures were dusty. And as accommodating as John was, I believe these properties should stress that both houses are ALL stairs. Great for college students, but not for 50, 60 - 80 year old customers.

Fun weekend

This was a great rental. Very nice place with lots of room. The roof top had an awesome view. Even this this was not an issue just for convenience I wish the two units had an adjoining door to make it easier to go back and forth.
