The Space:

Welcome to your group’s perfect Nashville home base! This spacious and stylish historic downtown loft features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private rooftop patio—perfect for relaxing after a day in Music City. With room for up to 16 guests, it’s designed for comfort, connection, and convenience.

Exposed brick, tall ceilings, and thoughtful touches blend historic charm with modern comfort. Start your day with coffee on the rooftop, explore the city by foot, and wind down in a cozy living space made for making memories. Whether you’re here for a concert, celebration, or weekend escape—this is your downtown Nashville retreat.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Great space, awesome location!There are a lot of stairs up to Suite E, but it’s absolutely worth it! Stunning historic building with modern upgrades in a safe and quiet location. There are two beautiful outdoor patio spaces with big windows bringing the outdoors in. The video game table was enjoyed by all. Very beautiful and well equipped space for our large group. The photos were exactly as shown. It was a fast walk to Broadway and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Chris was very responsive before and after booking and had some great suggestions too! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back next time we’re in town.

It's a great location to walk to Broadway but be far enough away you don't hear the noise Place was large enough for 11 of us which is what we wanted Host was very responsive

Very dusty and cob web everywhere. Not the cleanest. Very small closet with stuff jammed in there not much room for clothes or your stuff. Broken drawers and picture that must have came down previous just thrown in closet.

Perfect location. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Responsiveness of host was immediate and positive. Really enjoyed the arcade console and rooftop deck. Plenty of space! No complaints from our group, we would definitely stay again and definitely refer.

Awesome spot just a few minutes walk from Broadway

Our group had a wonderful time in Nashville celebrating my 30th birthday! This space had everything we needed and was very close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooftop was a great feature! See if you can beat my high score on Dig Dug with the included arcade system.
