Quick Stay Over
Booked this hotel through the Travelocity app and it was listed as a Comfort Inn. Consequently, we had difficulty locating the hotels actual location. Once we arrived I was disappointed that the hotel brand we booked was not the one we were staying at. While the hotel was okay, when I booked it I expected a certain brand and what I received I felt I overpaid for and was misled. The staff was pleasantly friendly and the rooms were acceptable. This was just a stop off point for our travel trip so we did not have much other information other than this. Since the time of our stay I see the hotel information has been correctly updated on the Travelocity website.

Roach Infested – Rude staff
When we got to the room (room # 211) we saw a roach alive coming down on the door frame. I went to the reception to ask for my money back the attended did apologized and cancel my reservation but when I ask for proof that I will be getting my money back she said that she can only provide a cancelation letter but the letter did not stay I was getting a refund, then I asked her to write an statement at first she did not want to but after my insistence she wrote it but she refused to sign it, she stated that she don’t sign anything for no one and that I need to call the next day to talk to the manager. So, stay here at your own risk.

Not too bad at all!
This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Although our room was very clean, it could stand to be updated a bit. The A/C unit in our room was a bit loud, sounded like a truck was parked outside our room door! The breakfast was mediocre, but sufficient. Overall for the price it was worth it and I would recommend!

Cigarette smell was terrible. I had to use nasal spray several times. It was supposed to be a no smoking room when confirmed. It was the only room available that I could find or I would have left. The breakfast sausage had a unusual taste like it had freezer burn. The eggs terrible, didn't taste like real eggs.

Internet was down. Credit card system was down, so I had to pay in cash. Room was labeled as non-smoking, but it smelled like people had smoked in the room before. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, mediocre continental breakfast (powered eggs and frozen sausage patties).

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the hotel was decent and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the amenities were just enough for our needs. We only stayed for one night, but during that night our room started to smell like cigarette smoke. Not sure if that's just bad ventilation from another room nearby or from previous people smoking in the room, but the bathroom was almost unbearable with the smell of cigarette smoke. The free breakfast was decent, though not out-of-this-world. The hotel itself is very close to the interstate, restaurants, and gas stations, so that convenience was very nice, though the interstate did get noisy at times. Overall, a good stay.

Satisied Stay
The hotel was near the highway and seemed to be a place for truck stops. Ther room was cleam and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfask was okay-sausage, eggs, donuts, muffins, bagels, juice, milk, waffles, etc. We stayed for 3 nights for a basketball tournament in Nashville, so we were satisfied with the service and location. I would not recoomend this hotel if you are on vacation because it is very noisy in the morning from the traffic and trucks.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Lavergne Comfort Inn. It's an older motel but is clean and well maintained. We stayed three days and were impressed by the efficiency and thoroughness of the cleaning staff. The beds were comfortable and the microwave and fridge were a nice touch. The breakfast had decent variety, better than a lot of places that we stayed at. My only gripe, and it's a minor one, was the sausage. Everything else was good. If we ever return to the Nashville area, we would gladly stay there again.

Overall, the hotel is just perfect for a nice place to stay. The eggs and sausage available at breakfast was not worth eating...powdery eggs and rubbery sausage. But it was a nice, clean and comfortable room. Beds were very comfortable. Close enough to downtown Nashville.

Never went in the door
seedy NEIGHBORHOOD, unsafe especially for a woman travelling alone!! I would not get out of car. Called Hotels.com and explained the situation, I was an hour past cancellation they would not cancel nor was the hotel understanding in my plight. They made me pay for the entire trip it seems or I would not have been asked to review. I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy and at this point my thoughts of Hotel.com that money was more important than a customers safety really makes me think twice about using their services

Awesome stay for the Price.
The room was modern and like new. Very clean. Hot buffet breakfast was included with the stay. Scrambled eggs and sausage with biscuits, cereals, fruit, donuts, etc. They even had a fridge full of Activia yogurt. And the best Hot coffee I ever had in a hotel. Management and staff were super nice and acommendating as well. I plan on staying there again.

We arrived at the hotel around 5. Rooms were clean. We asked for a queen non smoking it smelled fresh but the bed look like a full size instead! It was still comfortable! Close to highway! Waffle house right across the way! Yummy.

The hotel was very easy to find and close to the interstate. The front counter clerk was very nice and friendly. Going through expedia was very easy and the hotel clerks was very helpful on helping me make sure that I got a first floor room for my handicap sister that was with me.

Nice quiet hotel that could use some improvements. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small. If you are a big person, it could be a little difficult to get in. The sink is outside the bathroom which to is a good thing. But the door opens in to the bath so it's a little hard to get in. Normal size people will have no problem though. AC worked great and no smoke smell in the nonsmoking room. They advertise a hot breakfast which it is but it's biscuits and gravy. They do have a waffelmaker machine which is hot as well. The only protein available is hard boiled eggs in a small refrigerator.

What can I say.......
We booked a non smoking room and was given one only to find that it reeked of that stale stinky smoke. The staff were fantastic in that they moved us to another room at the other side of the hotel. We needed to do some laundry as we have been on the move for several days now, but the washing machine was broken. The air conditioning was so loud you could not sleep with it on. In sumary, it is an older style motel feeling a little tired in the industrial area.

The motel was 12 miles from where I thought it was . My event was in Nashville and this was a 12 mile drive. Actually, the personel at the motel was very accomodating. The breakfast was adequate. The door to the room was difficult to unlock and had to have someone help every time I entered. The surrounding area was very marginal. I did not find any restauranta, etc. It was just a place to sleep. It was clean, clean towels etc.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.....everyone was nice.....very helpful....rooms were great....I checked the mattress and the room out before we put our luggage in the room....checked the sheets etc. everything was good.

Good for our needs
We chose this hotel as a stop off point on our way home from Florida - this being less expensive than hotels with a Nashville address and with a better user rating. It was easy access from the Interstate and great for our specific need - a decent place to stay overnight. There is however not a lot of restaurant choices in the area. The gal that checked us in was very quick and efficient and honored my request for a first floor room since we were traveling with my mother and they do not have an elevator. The beds were decently comfortable, but the toilet/bath area was one of the smallest I've ever been in - I had to move out of the way just to shut the door. The rooms were clean and there were enough towels although some were pretty worn while others seemed to be new. The breakfast was not the best I've had but they did have "to go" cups, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, and biscuits as well as the usual cereal, bread, and waffles. Overall this hotel met our needs and when traveling we may stay here again.

Inexpensive hotel to stop in for an overnight break from the road. It was clean, served a nice hot breakfast and provided easy access to the highway. It had a really tiny bathroom and tiny towels, but you get what you pay for.

Crystal Restaurant next door keeps you awake on the nights they are opened all night. Maybe you could get them to turn their speakers down, otherwise the hotel was fine.

The surrounding neighborhood of this hotel is an industrial area, which initially concerned me. But ultimately this hotel had everything you need with the comforts of home. Comfortable bed, quiet, coffee maker, nice TV, mid-sized refrigerator, microwave, and nice pillows. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of shelf space in the shower stall. The hair dryer was good quality and dried my hair quickly. There is a Waffle House directly across the street, and a 24 hour McDonald's within walking distance. All you need for a decent price. Even the cleaning staff was friendly. I asked for my bed to be made only every 3 days or so, which they adhered to. I stayed for 6 days in this hotel and would definitely stay there again, especially since I have family who lives 2 miles away.

It was an "ok" hotel to stay in. No bath mat was in the shower....sent my niece to the front desk to ask for one and some more towels and he said that he could not give it to her since she was not the one that signed for the room. That is good and dandy but the desk manager did not have to come to investigate or inspect the shower to see if we were really in need of those items. Also, he gave us a towel for a shower mat and said that that was the shower mat. "No" it wasn't a mat and I do know the difference between a mat and a towel but that was a new experience for me and my guests. Oh yeah by the way the room smelled of smoke (smoking room) at least they could have sprayed some air freshner once they cleaned it.

I chose this location for a co-worker to stay when he has to work in the Nashville area. My husband and I stayed at this location when I was visiting for my job. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is easy access to I-24.

The hotel was pretty convenient to get to from the interstate. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was a little on the older looking side, but not bad, and breakfast was ample. Cereal, waffles, and the like. I'd recommend it.
