21st birthday bash
The property was great we loved the porch area it was nice to sit out there at night and enjoy a few drinks and just talk as friends. It was really easy to uber around town or get to down town to the bars. Everything was perfect for a wonderful birthday weekend to celebrate my 21st with my closest friends

We booked this place last minute on the road to TN. It wasn’t exactly what we expected as far as being an apartment tucked back between businesses, and the stairs you climb to get to it. However, it was really clean and spacious enough for what we needed. The management was helpful in allowing us to get in early and very attentive to questions and issues. It was about 20 min from all the activities we did ( Opry, Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman). For us, that wasn’t too bad. There’s a Target you can walk to if needed! 😊

Great Location, easy access to everything
Came for New Year’s Eve and spent more time inside this cozy place with friends. Felt super safe walking around during the day and sleeping at night. Overall great time!

Wonderful
Would absolutely rent this property again, the layout was good, it was clean and well appointed except for the kitchen. Definitely needed more glasses, a corkscrew, pots and pans, and flatware.

Excellent trip to Nashville
My friends and I were traveling to Nashville for the UT game and this place was perfect for us. It was located 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go plus it was across the street from Target. Check in and out was easy and I was even able to add my dog to the booking the week of travel. There was a quick response and clear directions. 10/10 recommend!

No workable oven/stove
Someone showed up shortly after we arrived to repair the oven/stove. We had no idea that it was inoperable. He was unable to resolve the issue and we never saw him or heard from him or the owner during our stay. We had arrived with a cooler full of food to cook for our family in Nashville. The fellow was able to fix the master bathroom sink which was also inoperable. It has now been seven days and I have yet to hear from this owner about the oven/stove. Please beware that if you book this unit and have an issue, you will likely not hear from the owner.

Mehhhh. Look elsewhere.
We paid for early check in. House was not ready for check in, and several weeks later, were still being ignored for the refund of the check in fee. Poorly appointed. We rented for 4 guests / 3 nights. There were only 4 washcloths and 6 towels in the rental. This is a property that shows its age and needs basic maintenance. The deck is in poor repair. Towel bars falling off the wall. Kitchen cabinets missing hardware. Kitchen rug is disgusting. Kitchen supplies / tools are minimal at best. Bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. Location is convenient, but because its behind a vets office, it is difficult to find and the vets office really clogs up parking during the day.

Cozy property
Safe location with convenient, free parking. Very comfortable beds and good layout off the property. A lot of thought has been put into making people comfortable. It was an upstairs apartment and on the hottest days of summer, it was a little hotter than I like. I prefer it super cool. I was able to communicate easily with the property manager.

Reunion/ Girls Trip
The house was a bit difficult to find but if you scroll allll the way down on the check- in instructions there are directions how to find it. The house was perfect for what we needed and after a LOOONG flight I called to see if we could possibly gain early access and it they let us! It was so nice to not have to wait. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and there are 2 separate vanities in the 2nd bathroom, with multiple women that was a huge plus! The area was quiet and we did not feel unsafe at any point! The house was clean but definitely could use a deep clean as there were webs in several places and some spots you can see don't get touched as often. Ultimately, we loved it and would absolutely book it agian!

Property was just what we were looking for. Very quiet neighborhood only fifteen minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the airport. Close to shopping and plenty of places to eat.

This is a condo that is up stairs and can be a little difficult to find.
There is alot is plenty of restaurants and grocery with in walking distance.

Thanksgiving in Nashville
On the good side, the place was clean, spacious, high end appliances, jack-n-jill bathroom convenient for guest bedrooms. On the down side, the bar stools are not useable - very wobbly and as there was no table and chairs, had to eat Thanksgiving dinner on our laps. One of the chairs in the living room had a leg not attached right - we fixed that Had to share Samsung remote between Master BR and Living Room. Would recommend repair or replacing the bar stools - have a small table and chairs for games or dinner, have proper remotes.

Apartment was very cute and clean. A little confusing finding it because it is hidden behind a vets office. It had everything you needed for cooking at home. The one thing I would of liked to have was a rack or ledge in one of the showers for soap and shampoo. It was convenient to most areas. Trader Joe’s and Target were across the street. A really nice wooded walking path is located behind Target and the college. Did have some issues with the air not cooling some rooms as well as others. Really liked the place and location. Will stay again!

Unfortunately, I'm unable to recommend this property due to the fact that the noise level from the surrounding units made it impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The fireplace did not work and the ceiling in a secondary bedroom needed repair.

Central Location
Was central to our Nashville travels, including downtown, Franklin and Brentwood. Was a bit dusty when we arrived, like it hadn't been used in a while. Everything else was very nice.

Spring Break 2022
The property was not very clean. They had not vacuumed the property. I found dead bugs in the carpet. I suggest they keep a vacuum on property. Also when we arrived the primary bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. The mattresses are a nightmare. With all of these issues we contacted management. I would not suggest this property for a group larger than 4 with small children or any one who is elderly due to the stairs you have to climb. The condo is small. Also the parking situation is not that great. You are behind a business and there are patrons parking and coming in and out. This is a good place for a couple but would not suggest for a family. I have to say I have had great success with VRBO but this property did not meet the standards that I am used to in a property.

Ignore the 1 star review!
We just stayed here and it's not a part of a vet's office, but it is behind a vet's office. We saw no holes in the ceilings. The windows closed just fine. None of the beds were broken. Maybe they fixed it all before we came but we found the apartment to be clean, well furnished, convenient and had a positive experience.

This places was NOT as described!!
This places was NOT as described. First, it is not a townhome, but an apartment on the second floor. Second, it is part of a Vet's office. There was constant people lining up for their animals. It was loud and chaos when open. The worst was the fact there was a huge hole in one of the bedroom ceilings with black mold! It rained 2 days we were there. We could hear the water coming in and see the ceiling getting wetter by the hour. I called and emailed and even texted to no response! I took photos. They dont care. The windows did not close so it was freezing in the rooms. Called, again no response. Then 2 of the beds were broken. Called, no response. If we did not have out dog with us, we would have left, but there were no places available to stay with her, Everything was sold out because of the long weekend. No matter what we called for, we got the same answer :they will look into it". Never got a response.

Very spacious for my family!
My family and I enjoyed our stay! This was the perfect place for us! The place was very spacious, clean, and there were TV’s located in all bedrooms. I loved the privacy/size of the master bedroom and the bathroom. It was also very helpful to have a washer and dryer.

Family Fun
We needed a central location for family functions in the country and getting the young adults closer to the Fun Nashville offers them. It worked perfectly. The house was stocked well and clean. Linens and beds were comfortable. The only thing missing was a table. Either outside on the cute patio or inside. The stools were ok for our tall guys but for us short people it was not functional. We would have liked to play cards and eat breakfast together.

Wonderful location - Very Clean!
Very clean and comfortable spot...the location can't be beat and the host was gracious and even came by to check on us. This listing was well-appointed and comfortable. There are a few improvements needed, especially regarding the air conditioning, which couldn't seem to keep up on warm afternoons. Also, there was one guest room that evidently needed window repairs, and that room was especially difficult to cool. Also, there were some issues with the TV in the main room. However, the TV worked fine in the bedroom, so we just used that. Overall, a wonderful, safe location and a VERY clean, updated space. We hope to visit again!
