Awesome Place!

The property was neat and great for a group of 8! It is centrally located for a short Uber anywhere around Nashville. The area itself wasn’t great but seems like it is doing some rebuilding to make it more friendly on the eyes and the security on the exterior doors make for a aafe reassurance! Overall loved the stay and it was a great place. Would definitely book again!

Hockey in Nashville

A fun few days with the family to include going to the Bruins game ! House was clean and comfortable for everyone . Location is good; My only comment is that there is a lot of street/ traffic noise.

A nice stay. I will say that the house could really use paint on the walls - you can tell people have treated the place poorly at times. Also, could use bath mats as well. Great location and great communication with property manager.

Huge window broken on main level. Owner said it was secure with plexiglass, but it was not secure!

We never stayed at this house, unsafe, fighting to get refund due to broken window on main level. Not a very safe feeling at all.

Convenient Location

Had a really good time, we were able to shop, cook, enjoy the rooftop, and just a short Uber ride to Broadway. We did have to purchase a sharp knife as all that was there were butter knives, but overall a very nice stay.

Great house with amazing rooftop

This house is immaculate and has every amenity possible. The beds were extra comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 9. The rooftop was well kept and offered an amazing view of the city. The only down side was the neighborhood. There were a couple instances of homeless people coming up to our house.
