Central Location & Great Host
We loved our stay near the downtown area, but it was very peaceful and quiet. I was a bit hesitant about the space being cramped and dark when I booked, but it was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Super comfortable! Communication with our host was very easy, the responses very prompt and she had some terrific suggestions on places to go and the best way to get around. I would not hesitate to stay here when I return to Nashville!

Great place to stay in Nashville
This is close to the downtown area. The Uber/Lyft cost to get in and out of downtown was reasonable. There was a nice patio sit on. While we were only there for a short time I would book this place again.

Peace of Mind!
My daughter and her friend were in town for a concert. I booked here so they would have more room and comfort versus a hotel. It gave me peace of mind knowing Audi was nearby. She was great with keeping in touch with me. Great host!!

Modern, clean and only 15 from Nashville, Broadway Way Street!
Loved everything about this place! Mattresses were comfy. Space was set up well. We laughed at the humor details in the wifi. It is in the basement of the owners home, but they are kind in communication and keep to themselves.

Perfect location
Audi was an awesome host. Her house is conveniently located near downtown, the airport and other attractions in a quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and comfy. Definitely will stay again.

Lovely overnight stay
This was a sweet little lower level suite, very cozy and roomy as long as you’re cool with thw low ceiling you will find this place charming and comfy for a brief or extended stay in Nashville. Close to downtown too, really convenient location and parking off the street.
