Good location and place to stay

We were in town for a conference and found this was a good option. There were some nice shops and a great pizza place just a short walk down the road. The area felt safe and we were a nice distance from both downtown and the airport. Parking and entry was easy. It was nice every room had its own bathroom.

Long weekend with friends. We needed a place that had 4 bedrooms with en suites. This place fit our needs and was well decorated. A bit far for a walk to Broadway, but the Uber drivers made out. Not a complaint, as we preferred a quieter location. Smoke detector went off randomly for an hour one night. Assuming it needs new batteries. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Finding the code to the door was a little tricky when checking in. Other than that, this place was fantastic!!! Great space. Great location. Awesome vibe.

Couples Trip

3 level home, kitchen is on the top level. Not for anyone that cannot do three flights of stairs multiple times a day. Very beautiful home. Safe area!! Fairly quiet.

The six of us (three couples) enjoyed our stay of three nights. The beds were a bit soft for some, but overall we slept well. Kitchen is stocked well and has enough cleaning products for the three days. Bathrooms had adequate supplies for three nights, however, all of us would have liked a total of four bath towels per bathroom (two are provided). The outdoor patio is not exactly as described. The couch is old, worn, and very dirty. Weather proof furniture (such as seating with either removable cushions) would have been more appropriate (it rained out first day there, therefore the couch was not able to be used). Also, with the absence of a hot tub in this unit, a table and chairs would have been awesome to have outside. The weather was so nice, and we would have liked to time on the patio. Overall, our stay was clean & comfortable, a quiet, beautiful neighborhood near Vanderbilt, and an eight minute Uber ride to Broadway.

Nashville with Friends

All in alll, it was a really nice place was perfect for our group. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Location was a bit far from broadway but that was expected and no surprise there. Only thing id change is providing the checkout instructions via email. Being from out of country, we didnt know the checkout process as they had sent a text message for it rather than an email as they did for the checkin process.

Nice place but average management

The place was nice and new, but the management was subpar. We didn't get our check in info until we were on the way to the unit from the airport at 9pm and had to call twice through VRBO. The unit furnishings were the bare minimum in terms of utensils, toiletries, etc. For how nice the unit was it should have been better. Good location though and good for groups.

Great house - but a bit worn

Liked town house a lot. Stairs were not anticipated. Also hot tub was broken and could not be used. We asked for more towels, hand soap, dish soap and were denied. Seemed a very cheap way to have happy customers, but was not to be. I got a nice email asking if everything was OK and when I asked for the items - I was told no. So why even ask?

Great stay overall!

5 star rating for this place overall. Very clean, great location, communication with management is seamless, the only gripe is the hot tub didn’t work. I had to plan a bachelor party and the one stipulation I was given was to find a place with a rooftop hot tub which isn’t hard in Nashville. I just happened to pick the one place that had a hot tub that was in bad shape. So bad it had clear signs it hadn’t been fixed in a while and it looks like there’s no intention of fixing it or clarifying it on Vrbo. Granted there’s multiple units this rental is associated with and there were functioning hot tubs in other units. I don’t think a non working hot tub justifies -2 stars, but my bachelor party was some high maintenance guys and they made a big deal out of it.

Nice place, poor experience

The house itself is nice and in a good location. On check in the house had not been cleaned and although they sent cleaning crew out right away this did delay our event. The house states it sleeps 12 but it only has beds for 10. You can get an air mattress but that is an additional charge.but shouldn't be if it is supposed to be a bed for the other 2 guests. They left 8 towels for 12 people and no bedding for the air mattress. They had to shop for a that a bring it by the second day. will

Safe neighborhood, looks just like the pictures

5 women stayed 3 nights. Pros- Check in steps were very clear and understandable. Very nice and clean place. Safe neighborhood on music row. A bathroom in each bedroom is amazing. Hot tub clean and very enjoyable. Management reached out a couple times to check in and ask if there were any issues or needs. 2 parking spaces for the unit. The Well is a coffee shop in walking distance. Cons- Coffee maker leaked/spilled over/coffee grounds mess. Management should consider investing in a keurig or better appliance. Check out instructions asked for dishes to be run in dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher soap provided. An extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel would be appreciated. Beer cans left out by hot tub and outdoor lights only half the string worked. Reported it on check in. Management responsive and offered to come fix, but we opted to have it wait until check out. I’m overall minor cons and would still recommend staying here!
