Nice place, close to Broadway
1 mile walk to broadway. Nice 2br 2ba with basically 2 masters with king beds. Only downside is close to freeways so some road noise should be expected

So close to downtown
We had a great little stay in Nashville. We ended up renting a car and using the street parking for the most part. We found it full only one time. Super short drive to downtown. Building is very secure, area around building not too bad. Rooftop lounge is nice to hang out in good weather. Unit was well stocked with necessities and very clean. Great setup for two couples or a family. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice weekend stay in Nashville
This rental was great for our group, two couples. We each had a comfortable king bed and private bathroom. The location was an easy enough walk to downtown, and we did a mix of Uber and walking, depending on when and where we were going. Overall the property was clean and met our needs. I agree with the other reviews that the highway noise was surprisingly loud. But we had full days and after going out in the evening and coming home tired, sleeping wasn’t an issue. If you’re sensitive to noise when sleeping, be aware it is a bit more than just white noise from the highway/traffic. Overall a good stay, but we did have trouble getting feedback from the property manager. We asked for a late checkout and never got a response. The issue was having a place to store our bags for an hour after checkout. It was frustrating to not get a response at all.

Comfortable beds, modern amenities, nice rooftop lounge easy street parking the week we were there. Unaffected by the highway noise as we're all sound sleepers. Only suggestion would be to have a luggage cart or two available in the lobby to assist with check-in/out.

Amazing location.
Came for a long weekend to see our son based nearby. This location is incredible well kept and clean and the location is fantastic for the local eateries and sites. Will definitely stay again.

Nashville for 50 th birthday
Our stay in this condo was very good. Any issues we had were addressed very quickly. There is traffic noise from the busy freeway but we slept well in the comfortable beds. Check in and out was simple. The building was quiet and secure.

Just ok
Asked for earlier check in multiple times, we were told if cleaning was done not a problem. It was done yet we had to sit in the lobby for over 3 hours. No one cleaned after we got there as we kept checking. One showers tile had what appeared to be black mold, under the kitchen sink where the trash was disgusting, no Kleenex provided and only two dish washer detergents were left and we needed 1-2 more. There is no place to leave your luggage if you can’t check in early so you just sit there.
