From the day we arrived the owners were out and about the property, unloading and or loading things. There were other people around pool area doing various task so no privacy. Party lights were strong across pool, not grounded creating a potential danger when on. The following day, people were cutting grass, blowers, cutting trees and planting. People were on deck a couple of different times. No pool towels, I called VRBO but received no assistance. I called management company twice snd they tried to help but the owners didn’t care and came around every time we were at the house. My daughter was in master bath getting dressed and woman was on deck with view in bathroom. I took pictures snd videos. The home was dirty, doors, floors, lacked extra towels. Banister leading to front door was wobbly. It was a bad situation and my two grandchildren had to stay out of pool as we did not know who all these people were. Worst experience ever and very disappointing as I have had nothing but good experiences in the past. I also believed VRBO didn’t allow others on property when rented.

This was a last minute rental coming to this VRBO. Our other VRBO rental property fell through, and we had to find a place to stay same day in Nashville. The property manager was amazing very quick to respond to my request and got us into the house same day. This is a newer home on the market, did not have any hairdryers, and when I messaged the property manager, he had two delivered later that night. Pool is absolutely fabulous. The backyard and pool area is secluded and quite private. It’s good to have a vehicle staying here as it’s about a 25 minute drive to downtown. Plenty of room for us seven girls to stay. We had farm fresh eggs delivered to us daily which we enjoyed. Quiet neighborhood.
