We had a great time with 6 couples at these two townhouses. Ease of getting to Broadway was good via 8 minute uber. Neighborhood of the condo was not super comfortable from a safety perspective but there was not much need to walk around for us. Rooms facing 28th Ave could hear the traffic. Nice garage space for two cars. Lots of stairs but was fine for relatively healthy 50-60 year olds. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Kitchen and open area great even when both townhouses combined for evening get togethers. Rooftop was very nice with firepits and lots of seating.

Everything we needed as far as activities and shopping were fairly close by. We had elderly people with us so the large amount of stairs were not very compatible with these people. We rented both units thinking we would all ge together. There is no connection between the 2 units. This was not disclosed in the profile.
