Great place for a getaway.

Close enough to all the downtown activities but far enough that you don’t hear all the noise. We really enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again.

excellent stay, walkable to broadway. the place has a musty smell and there is some mold in the bathroom but very tolerable. the place was very clean, excellent bedding and TV connection were easy. the free parking made it even better.

Convient for event at the Omni

I stayed alone for 2 nights to attend a convention at the nearby Omni. The apartment worked well for me. The internet was good.

Great location

With a 5 minute walk to Lower Broadway, this is the perfect location to attend events at The Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, or just visiting the bars on Broadway. The apartment was clean and has everything you need for your stay. Only knock is the flooring in the kitchen is gapped up and is a nuisance more than anything. Outdoor patio seating area is nice and Martin’s BBQ is just down the block. We’d stay again.

Great location

This place is a great find. It’s close to everything, and there’s a food court across the street that has great breakfast! The TV connection was spotty, but we weren’t here to watch TV. Much nicer than staying in a hotel.

Walking to distance to everywhere we wanted to go downtown. Unit was the perfect size for two people. Really nice outdoor lounge space to hang out.
