Family trip
Great house for family and friends to stay! We loved it just wish we had more time to spend there. Everything was perfect and the host was very responsive when we contacted them on our first night there with questions.

Beautiful home!
This home is beautiful but did need some maintenance. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking. Communication with property manager was bare to none (never responded to questions asked about the property once we arrived) other than to let us know how to check in and then check out.

House is lacking essentials
This is a gorgeous house; however this is not equipped with the necessities for a vacation rental. We were unaware of the essentials that we needed to bring until 1 hour before check in. This should be listed on the site that they only provide minimal things like trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper etc. The kitchen doesn't have nearly what you would need to cook for the 10 people that we had staying. It has been almost a month and I still have not received the deposit back. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Very disappointed.

Beautiful house
Although the house is beautiful and roomy, it needs improvement in some areas. Game room tv screen is shattered; there aren’t any towel hooks or bars, and no bath mats in all baths. The Keurig and toaster aren’t working properly. There are no baking pans available. A lot of light bulbs inside the house need replacement.

Charming property
The property itself is very nice and great for getaways, however the upkeep and cleaning were pretty subpar. If they step this up it’ll change the experience to a very positive one.

Kingston Springs
Beautiful house and grounds. Peaceful neighborhood. About a half an hour (give or take)to Nashville, Franklin, Cheekwood, and Belle Meade; so we found it convenient. It was nice to have a secluded home to relax in after busy days. We would definitely rent it again if we return to the Nashville area.

The house was gorgeous and very clean. We greatly appreciated the high chair and toys for the little ones. Also the magnifying make up mirror for grandma! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
