Okies in Nashville

The house was exactly as listed which made it just what we wanted. We did a few Nashville tours, enjoyed some time with friends in the area and the friends that came with us. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials, even shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in every bathroom. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

My childhood friends and I had a terrific time staying at the house. Extremely well kept. Super comfortable beds. The pool table and upstairs deck were really nice areas to hang out around. And the location was safe. Truly appreciated the easy and helpful communication with management, as well. Would definitely return. Thanks!

Great stay!

Our family loved our stay. The place was beautiful, clean and had a ton of amenities. The host was great, any question I had was answered almost immediately. I also like that although I was renting a house, the place still had hotel-like amenities, ie shampoo, makeup remover etc in the bathrooms. I would recommend this listing to anyone!

Great place

This was a wonderful place. Plenty of space for three couples. Every room had its own bathroom. It looked brand new, was very clean, and perfect for a Thanksgiving get-together. The property managers were awesome; they even left us a bittle of wine and a pumpkin pie! I will definitely stay there again when in Nashville.

Friend Reunion

The property was everything we needed! There were 4 couples and we all wanted private baths and this fit the bill! We cooked one meal and the appliances were great. It truly was perfect for our group. Location close to Broadway (10 minutes) was nice. Only slight negative is that if you have more than 2 vehicles, you have to park on the street and that is limited. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!

This location has plenty of bedrooms (5), four of which have private bathrooms! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Great location.

Friends get away.

We were a group of 7 ranging in age from 35 to 63 on vacation for the first time in Nashville. We had a rental car, and it was a quick drive from the house to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Saw lots of Uber/Lyft's in the area picking up other groups so that's also an option if you don't want to drive. Having an ensuite bath for all 4 bedrooms was fantastic, along with 2 extra baths. The house could use a refresh and not everything was working properly but it's been reported. With a few improvements, this could easily be a 5-star property. The VRBO team was quick to respond and very helpful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Absolute perfection!

We loved everything about the house for our group of 5 couples! Everyone had their own private area but also the group fit well into the common areas. The house is beautifully decorated and has the perfect layout! The area was quiet and relaxing yet just a few minutes but Uber to downtown. The property management team was very responsive and gave perfect, clear information & direction.

Wonderful Nashville Property

We so enjoyed the Waylon home in Nashville. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The entire home was designed for families and friends to have space to gather and areas for retreat. The kitchen supplied us with all that we needed to make meals and sit around the table. Thanks for making our stay wonderful!
