Great Stay with Friends

Great trip with 4 couples, walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Amazing rooftop patio, and very nice bedrooms and living room. Highly recommend.

Great house! Loved the 4 King beds

Communication was a quick response to questions. Lovely house, great amenities. King beds were great, spa was great. Wanted to use karaoke machine on several nights but it was broken and host did not fix. Some things like dishwasher soap, laundry soap and paper towels were not provided like it was noted in ad. Had a great time overall, would rent again!

Great place with room for imp

The location was great! There is still lots of construction but overall not noisy. The house itself was very clean and spacious with all the basic amenities. And the hot tub and rooftop was a bonus!! The only complaint we have is that although the listing states it sleeps 10 we were 9 and were charged 50 for an air mattress and 150 for the 9th person. So the listing was a bit misleading. We also had to set it up and call a few times for sheets. The host was very responsive beforehand and during the stay and friendly. There is a great luggage storage place nearby which we utilized for the day upon check out. Overall we had a great stay!

Birthday celebration

First time in Nashville. Came to celebrate my Wife's birthday. We fully enjoyed our stay. The property is in a very safe, convenient location that is close to just about anything you want to get into (shopping, restaurants, Broadway). Although the property is close to everything, it is very quiet in the evenings and at night. Plenty of space for privacy if traveling with groups and very well equipped with just about everything you'll need while away from home.

Perfect Friends Getaway & Bachelorette

We stayed here for a girls weekend getaway and bachelorette, it was perfect distance to everything. We were able to walk to the Gulch and then a quick and cheap Uber to Broadway. We also had our parents with us one day and provided enough space to be separate. Definitely plan to book again next year. Hosts were very responsive and prompt with requests.

Nashville Gulch area

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. We were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants and Lower Broadway. The rooftop deck with fire table & hot tub were a highlight!

Christmas in Nashville

This property was perfect size for our family. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the elevator it was very helpful! A few suggestions would be having scissors available, the ice machine did not produce enough ice, lack of security on the front gate there was a missing lock, supply more trash cans the cans were full when we arrived (but thankful we were not charged), we would of loved having a Christmas tree during our stay since it was the holiday! Overall it was a wonderful property and we would be glad to rent it again! Thank you so much!!

Great house

We were 4 adult couples. Everyone having their own king-size bed and bathroom made this house absolutely perfect. The decor is very cute. I am a take the stairs kind of girl, but this house has an elevator, which makes it convenient when you need to lug your luggage to the third floor. About a 10 minute walk to Broadway.

Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. There is so much to do in the Gulch and Edgehill that we would definitely book here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Friends trip to Nashville

We greatly enjoyed this property. We enjoyed having our bedrooms on different floors with a great rooftop hot tub and seating. It was a close walking distance to the Gulch.

Amazing location- walk to downtown!

New construction, so there is still a bit of those reminders around the property, but it’s really gorgeous. Perfect for multiple families with essentially 4 masters. You can walk downtown in about 15 minutes.
