The room was oookay, but there were dirty pillow cases on the pillows. The phone didn't work. When I called to tell the clerk about the pillows, he asked me if I was sure I couldn't use them. I took pictures and went down to the front desk to ask him if he would lay on them. Thats when he gave 2 clean pillows.

Staff is really nice. We had a terrible experience our first night because people in the room next to us were so loud till about 5 o’clock in the morning and it smelled like marijuana the whole time we was there room was nasty beds were so small we couldn’t even fit two adults on them. No shampoo was provided no ice bucket no cups no nothing was provided. Didn’t even attempt breakfast our stay here was so bad we would never book it again. And it kept sounding like we had people trying to get into our room the first night we was there, but this hotel was nothing but a marijuana joint.

Nothing really unique the handicap rooms. The top is higher than in the other rooms. The bed is so close to the wall. You only can get out one side of it. The couch and furniture was tore up the whole hotel smells like smoke, but I did not have time to change hotels. The staff made me wait to check in until he got done vacuuming the floors I can write more, but I don’t feel like it.

We had 4 rooms and all had mold on the walls. One had feces on the wall. One had blood on the mattress. There were vagrants loitering. Did not feel safe nor were the rooms remotely clean. We demanded a refund and changed hotel.

Property was poorly kept up. It was in an area that was occupied by a lot of homeless. Police were called across the hall from me. Dog barking from across the hall. Didn't really feel safe. Not as advertised lets say. Stayed 2 nights and found another hotel after there was a firevon the floor above me from someone cooking tortillas on a hot plate. Cant make this stuff up.

Do not stay here. I got to my room and it smelled so bad of something rotten and cigarettes. First off the whole property smelled awful and like cigarettes, my shoes were sticking to the floor the whole way. I went to the front to talk to the manager and he insisted that once I checked in I couldn't receive a refund if I didn't try another room, so I tired another room and it was the exact same. I reeked of cigarettes, so I went back and he said he could not refund me my money. So I left the property and went somewhere else. I will be filing a credit card dispute to get my money back. DO NOT stay here.

Stayed here for one night. One working light in the bathroom, room was barely clean, floor was filthy and had not been swept or mopped in a long while…my socks were black on the bottom! Furniture is very dated and run down. Everything in the room felt sticky.
